I was a long standing Irish customer who has been shopping with Allbeauty for more than 10 yrs. I was a platinum member with reward points and it suddenly disappeared. My order history and wishlist also. I redid my wishlist and it disappeared again. Frustrated, I reached out as the app has also disappeared for my region and I believe loyalty points can only be earned on the app. They said they would take a few days to sort the problem and didn't get back to me. Very poor customer service now. I don't know what's happened recently. I have since taken my custom elsewhere which is a shame. Customer service is everything when there is competition for business.

Speedy delivery, quality products, fantastic value for money and packaging second to none. Even got a free Mars bar inside as a Christmas treat! First experience buying from them and will definitely continue. Well done.

Ordered from Ireland on 12th July, dispatched on 13th and arrived 22nd ( a little later than the 4-6 day website estimate ) Detailed tracking email received just a day before delivery so I was getting a little nervous as it was overdue and holiday looming next week. I am very happy with the products ordered. Great value at half price and authentic. All 11 products arrived intact and wrapped securely. No unnecessary packaging either. Feel confident to order again. As long as you are not ordering on a tight deadline, I'd recommend the site :)

The Bath and Body Works creams they stock are AMAZING and affordable in comparison to elsewhere with highly inflated costs and delivery charges. I received my order quickly and well packaged. Slight hiccup with 1 item that was dealt with immediately. I sent an email and got a reply within 30 minutes. Matter was resolved and Jackie was very helpful and approachable. I will be referring them to others and credit where credit is due, it's all about good customer service these days. Happy to recommend :).

Shocking service!!! Ordered a dress for my child's Communion. Paid via PayPal, and received expected confirmation email of order. Following day, email received to inform me that my order was processed and shipped with accompanying tracking number. Waited over a week & then one day before deadline delivery date, I received an email from PayPal with full refund. No apology from company or explanation why my order was cancelled. Left me high and dry, scrambling to find a dress to match all the accessories I'd bought.... two days before the occasion!!! Furious! Will be spreading the word to others to avoid this company at all cost!!
