One of the few companies where you can actually talk to a helpline and chat with a "real" person who knows what the problem is and how to solve it - quick response and top service !! Best - and only - company I work when it comes to any shipping matters

Off cause - what u f'#§k up ! Stupid me - I fell for this shut! Total scam - rubbish send, after now 20 emails I got from them and their salami tactics I got from a 10% refund to a 35% refund and I am getting really sick of the nonsense. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING !!!!!

Best service i had in years
Had to book 16 tickets to the Maldives and I had Kelly B. on the chat, She did an awesome job helping me with all issues regarding baggage and tickets and payment and itinerary. Almost 2h of help. Can't get much better - and I have my share of experience on airlines and booking platforms - normally only incompetent and useless info's and no help at all. I normally hear, sorry we can´t do that, call a number that is then not available, or u on hold for 45 min....
Well, thumbs up !!! I will use them again for sure! THANKS KELLY :)

Terrible terrible terrible.
Terrible terrible terrible.
I have booked hundreds of hotels and this is the worst. Telling lies and untrue statements about canceling a hotel, calling the hotel and no one is answering when I am sitting in the lobby while chatting with them.
3 different people in a chat .. 3 different stories. Telling me it takes 5 days to settle my case.... Don't want to ever waist more time on these ducking people. ZERO stars would be to much

I booked several times with AE and prices are pretty ok.
A little frustrating was that I got a price and when I wanted to book it the price changed and went up almost 100 US and the initial offer was gone

I am using shiplink for some years now…
I am using shiplink for some years now and service and simplicity is outstanding. Online order. Print out paper. Pick up same or next day on the doorstep. And cheap!! Only letter service is missing. But I will use it as long as possible.

Hi, very nice service and fast delivery and good price, only "bad" experience that ure system told me after the first payment that it failed and din not go through . So i made a second order paid again and it worked then. Unfortunately it went then twice and i paid the same items 2 times and got them delivered 2 times. I manage to give them to friends not needing to end it back but it should not happen that the checkout and billing window gives false statement and i get the order twice.
