Lovely products but...
I like the products very much and the customer service was very quick to reply when I asked why my order wouldn't arrive. It did take a long time to get the products (I'd say about a month) and they are still a bit too expensive for what they are, hence the 4 stars and not 5.

Very good experience at PlusDental Frankfurt
The appointment started on time and the lady explaining the process and doing the 3D scan was super friendly and helpful. She was also very gentle when taking pictures with her tool. The doctor who checked me afterwards was also very friendly and seemed competent. Very good experience so far, even though I haven't started the treatment yet.

Poca flessibilità, sarà il mio primo e ultimo ordine
A malincuore mi vedo costretta a lasciare una recensione negativa. Dopo aver ordinato un libro, mi sono resa conto quasi immediatamente di aver ordinato il prodotto sbagliato, e ho chiesto se fosse possibile cambiarlo. Mi è stato risposto il giorno dopo che l'ordine era già passato in magazzino ed era impossibile. Peccato che poi ci abbiano messo altri 5 giorni per spedirlo, il che mi lascia pensare che ci fosse tutto il tempo per cambiarlo, ma nessuna volontà di venirmi incontro. Morale della favola: mi ritrovo con un libro che non posso regalare a chi avrei voluto per Natale e che non posso rispedire indietro perché dall'estero mi costerebbe praticamente come il prezzo originale, Questa mancanza di flessibilità mi fa dire con assoluta certezza che questo sarà il primo e ultimo ordine che farò su questo sito. Per una volta ho preferito usare un sito "locale", che non fosse Amazon, ma mi vedo costretta a rivedere questa scelta. Peccato.
