Been with Lancaster for years. The annual automatic quote is annoying because I’ve always got to phone in to get an adjustment, but on a positive note the customer service is excellent and I always end up staying with Lancaster.

The best place for bike gear. Always a huge selection of stock, a great help on live chat when buying or if I’m just needing advice. And if I get the wrong size, or just don’t like the item when it arrives, I know it’s a doddle to arrange a return….simple. The customer service department is first class too!
