The depot is busy and could do with turning the music down as the acoustics are appalling.

We ordered a great selection of decoys, poles, nets etc including one of the flappers. All arrived promptly and as perfectly described. Unfortunately the timing unit of the flapper was defective and I only discovered this whilst in a field. I emailed A1 Decoys with the issue, within hours I had an apology, confirmation that another unit would be posted first class without charge and a follow up with details of the posting. Super professional and now all the items sent are in perfect working order. We will be reordering more equipment soon as the service and price point that this company provide is excellent. We have used the Bath branch of Trailfinders on 3 or 4 separate occasions. Each time has been completely satisfactory; each member of staff has been professional, helpful, warm and sincere.

We popped into the agency in November and met with Richard Trott. Once again we experienced everything that you would wish from a travel agent. Knowledgable, helpful, pragmatic advice and guidance; just great.

I tried to leave another glowing Google review but wasn’t allowed hence the post to Trust Pilot. Trailfinders are not the cheapest but they are the best; any holiday costs money so make sure you are getting the best value you can. I wouldn’t use anyone else.

Firstly, the products are superb. I had forgotten I had signed up for a subscription and when I queried this Joneth replied quickly with several solutions.

Very good customer liaison, very good products and I will continue to use with pleasure but don’t need a subscription.

We ordered a Spring nucleus several months ago. The colony was ready last week and we received clear communication of when and where to collect. The fact sheet was helpful and on collection we were greeted with a small but perfectly formed operation.
The bees are safely housed and are proving to be healthy and calm. The nuc was full to the brim with brood, stores and bees.
We were delighted with the careful oversight of Becky and her team and will absolutely use again.

I ordered 4 of the beautiful striped egg cups, on arrival one of them was slightly chipped. The information that Pip Studio send out is clear and concise and makes contact so very easy compared with some other online retailers. I emailed and attached a couple of images, Christa replied within minutes confirming that they would send a replacement immediately and there was no need to return the damaged item.

Great range of outdoor kit but it’s the staff that really make this store a success and one that is always my first port of call.

Peter is often there and has helped me on several occasions but all the team are super. Nice range of age and experience and that’s not always the case. Makes the whole process very pleasant.

Utterly appalling. We have been customers for years, costs go up every year and when you do actually need them it can take up to 2 hours on the 'phone to get to speak to someone in a different country who has no authority to help. Website is unclear and sends any enquiry back to the start. When I eventually managed to speak to someone they offered me an appointment in a weeks time, no hot water, no heating and in December. All this costs several hundred pounds per year by Direct Debit. Genuinely disgusted and will cancel the policy as it is not fit for purpose.

I have purchased 3 pairs of trousers over the last few months. Smart, fitted, comfortable and good value as they are well made. I had a problem with a zip after many weeks and many wears so contacted Spoke to enquire what could be done? Amazing service from the moment my email landed. Megan asked for a description of the issue and if possible a photograph. As soon as she received she offered either a replacement or a full refund. I’m so pleased with the trousers that I asked for a replacement. Brilliant customer aftercare; I’m genuinely impressed. Megan, thank you for all your help and rest assured I will be an ongoing customer.

Every order is spot on, the descriptions are accurate and the prices are competitive. I love using the Wine Society and feel cosseted as a member. I have purchased memberships for friends and family and wholeheartedly recommend this marvellous institution. Brilliant!

There was a slight delay but as previous reviews have mentioned - just be patient. James took a couple of days to confirm via email that the goods had been sent and sure enough all was well. The shipment was stopped and duty, VAT and a handling charge demanded but it was still better value than previous UK based purchases.

Cigars are well constructed (Diplomaticos No 2 and Trinidad Topes), smell great and are gently resting for a few weeks.

Would definitely use Online-cigars again, shame about the charges but that’s the risk one takes. Thank you James.

A slightly nervous purchase of an Omega Seamaster that took a little longer than expected at 3 weeks. I had to chase at the beginning but when the delivery date was actually set the contact was very good.
