A delay of about a week before the order was sent out. All the plants are healthy, undamaged and growing on after 10 days. I immediately repotted the small shrubs into larger containers to establish before going into the garden. The small shrubs were larger than I expected so very pleased. Will buy again from this site. Impressed.

Plants arrived within 3 days, well-packaged and undamaged, all with good roots. Immediately potted them up and they are already growing. Delivery charge was very reasonable/good value.

Extremely helpful and prompt friendly support, and notification at all stages about the progress of the transfer. Avoids all the repetitive form filling and waiting at the bank and very practical and convenient as everything is done on-line even for larger amounts. I wouldn't use another service now, and I don't have to search around for the best rate any more.
