Brilliant customer service

I had a pension with Old Mutual Wealth which everything I can find tells me was taken over by ReAssure, I have contacted them several times asking them to track this pension, but all I get back is a letter saying my L&G Life Assurance policy was cancelled before it was transferred to them. I have now logged this as a complaint and am waiting for a response.

Tried calling the Romford team. Appalling bereavement customer service. Telephone system that gives a strong impression they just don't want to talk to you. 4 mins 35 second before any option to choose. Then waited 18 minutes with no answer. No option for a call back. I lost the will to continue.

Jamie the young man who took call was very upbeat and friendly and was able to help me with my request without any problems or hesitation. I received emails immediately. I was very happy with my interactions with him and ReAssure .

I have been trying to access my pension for 6 months now. Todays call, one of many, told me that my lump sum is about to be paid into my account and the monthly payments will start some time in the future. there have been no emails or letters, I always have to ring them to find out what is happening. staff on the phone are always very polite and helpful but this has been an almighty battle.

My previous overall experiences of this company is that they are just about ok. However my particular experience with Customer Services phone contact Jayden was fantastic. Quite possibly the best help I’ve ever received from any company over the last 50 years. Understood my complex questions first time & sort clarification from me on aspects I had not even considered. Answered all my questions & solved my query. Very pleasant attitude & has revised my appraisal of the company itself.

My experience with Zoe was excellent. She was really helpful and sorted all my queries.

Rollo is a most pleasant individual to converse with; he provided me with a wealth of information regarding my accounts and guidance on where to seek further assistance should I require additional details. It was truly a pleasure speaking with him.
