I don't get the hype? On my fourth flight in two weeks with Emirates, staff on the most part are aloof and seem to buy in to the idea of being better but actually offer nothing more to base that on. 2 hours average time to get a drink on these flights, while pointless photos are taken 15 minutes In to the flight? Food average, service average, planes average, all in all had far better experience with British Airways without the Emirates premium attached.

I had great service from Dr Mike and his team. Professional care from ambulance to room after anaphylaxis shock caused by a paper wasp.

Ambulance responded quickly and was a professional experience all be it I was fearful. Everyone took the time to explain care in English and confirm my treatment.

Honestly nothing to complain about for my care, new clinic with impressive facilities.

Great products, fair prices. All good until it comes to getting a refund. Such a shame as I would happily be a regular customer based on the offering but I still await refunds for two orders sent back three weeks ago.

To be fair to h and w since flagging they have been quick to resolve this for me, so almost a five star just the fact I needed to message that led to a dropped star.

The product does the job, my complaint is I brought a Dell laptop years ago and was stupid enough to agree to a free trial. I switched off auto-renew the first year it auto-renewed. Despite multiple calls, emails, and attempts to stop further payments I am now 3 years and over £200 out of pocket as McAfee continues to steal money from my account every year. I am now in conversations with Trading Standards to try and resolve this. The bank is unable to place a stop on the payments so it may actually be easier for me to close my bank account. This appears to be an orchestrated situation with McAfee I suspect I am not alone with this fraudulent renewal process.

Instant download isn't instant. I spent 48 hours trying to cancel it prior to it being shipped. (Their terminology not mine) the item appears on your account supposedly instantly but it took 48 hours therefore missing the party that I brought it for. I informed the shop twenty minutes after ordering not to send it, I asked them multiple times through various contact methods, they sent it anyway, stole my money and then ignored my service ticket. Crooks! Now hoping PayPal will deal with it. Avoid is my advice. Lots of negative reviews confirming my experience isn't a one off. I wish I had checked prior to dealing with them.

The fact you sent me a review request from this very site suggests an affiliation to this review site. My service ticket is now nearly a week old and remains unanswered other than to tell me you won't honour distant selling rules. Your response is rude, unprofessional and inaccurate. Service was good but I ordered an allium plant in a 2litre pot. What I basically got was a very expensive bulb, the plants have done nothing and won't until next summer. Unimpressed to have paid the price I did for these.

Broadband is good but the TV system is slow laggy and poorly designed. The biggest issue is the lousy customer service it's taken me 40 minutes just to leave, still on hold. I think it's a way to make you stay. Will have to cancel the direct debit and let them contact me I think. Unprofessional would sum up my review.

Terrible, truly terrible! I cannot convey in a short review how unethical and unprofessional this organisation is. Before money hit Redfens account the managing Director was a credible, helpful individual who was happy to help. The minute money exchanged problems occurred, weeks passed with no communication, fitters were supposed to be on site they didn't arrive ( I hasten to add this was at the request of Redfen and not a reflection of the fitters). Windows were damaged, a dangerous attempt at delivering our large sliders resulted in them being smashed and dumped on a public highway for over a week. Windows were left off the order, options were paid for and not provided. We had to pay twice for fitting despite the fitting price going up £6000 a week before install (again a reflection of Redfens sales technique and not the fitters).

It should be noted Internorm UK are a completely different legal entity to Redfen they are purely manufacturers of windows and doors. The fact their sales partners use the Internorm logo and branding does not offer any form of guarantee, in essence you are dealing with that company in question. This is still the case if any form of letter is entered in to by Internorm UK. Be sure to do your home work about who you engage with as unfortunately my experiences confirm Internorm are unable to assist or perhaps unwilling I am unsure which to help if there is any dispute with your supplier, Any claims to the contrary in the form of a guarantee letter are unfounded as I have requested assistance for months in the hope we could use a different sales partner and have been told it's redfen's problem.

Once again Redfen are a separate legal to entity to Internorm UK with no affiliation other than purchasing their products. Internorm have no legal obligation to step in to help you any any way should you have fitting or supply issues.

Great firm to deal with. the website is a doddle to use and prices competitive but I also have called the store, Bobby offered up a viable option for what I was looking for, called the warehouse to check it was in stock and basically was a solid guy to deal with. Definitely a company I would order from again.
