We’ve had our Luxaflex Silhouette Shadings blinds for four years. They looked gorgeous when installed, but over time they naturally needed a proper clean.
The issue is that the basic spot cleaning Luxaflex recommends is completely inadequate for general upkeep, yet these blinds cannot handle professional ultrasonic cleaning. We received several professional quotes and every single cleaner gave us the exact same warning: deep cleaning would compromise the glue, so any attempt would be entirely at our own risk.
Because spot cleaning doesn't work and deep cleaning destroys the glue, there is literally no safe way to clean them. Ours came out white, but the glue failed just as warned, leaving the blinds completely useless.
At roughly $2000-$4,000 per blind, selling a product with no viable cleaning method is unacceptable. Easily the worst money we've spent.

I was looking for a last minute hamper and Serenata was one of the only services to offer next day delivery over a weekend. For this reason I chose them but it's for their customer service (via automation) that I will definately be using them again.
I was notified when my hamper left the dock and when it was actaully delivered to the receipiant. I saw photos of the product and it was exatctly what was on the website. Loved the end-to-end experience.
