Sophie was having lessons with our instructor Julie from the off-set. Unfortunatley Julie decided to become an independent instructor, at which point we gave Sophie the option to either stay with us and be transferred to another instructor within our company, or she could move with Julie accordingly.

On this occasion, Sophie decided to move with Julie, therefore we transferred all details and payments to Julie. Therefore any outstanding lessons that were remaining, would be with Julie directly, as we have explained on several occasions.

We are sorry that on this occasion Julie has failed to honor any outstanding hours to you directly, but this is sometimes the outcome of transferring with an instructor who chooses to go independent.

We wish Sophie Davies the best of luck in finding a driving instructor and passing her test.
