National Express are brilliant! I used them for the first time when the useless train service let everyone down again. I was so pleasantly surprised at how spotlessly clean the coaches were and the helpful driver. It was a really peaceful and comfortable journey.....impressed!

Eeeeuuuw, how inedible and sickly are these oat bars? A miserable 3.2g of protein and an astounding and disgraceful 24.7g of sugar in each bar. One mouthful of this sugary and deeply unhealthy product was enough, it was so eye wateringly sickly I threw the rest away. It's claimed these are produced by a "nutrition advisor" well NO credible nutrition advisor would produce this sugar loaded phony health product, what on earth is this woman thinking of? "I know the value of eating healthily" she bleats on the back of the packet.....what a disgrace she is.
Also how many of the positive reviews appear to be from free products?

Fantastic service and very fast delivery with the new website. I'm so relieved the website problems have been resolved and while it's been truly heart breaking to see my favorite company shut the UK store, at least we can still order from them. I couldn't believe how fast my latest purchase reached me from the US, absolutely amazing quality as always and so, so grateful for Peruvian Connection and their unique designs. Here's to many more decades buying from this lovely creative company.

Standards at Amazon UK have fallen so far. They used to be a trusted company, now the reviews system is faked and honest but negative reviews are not allowed. In a typical amazon experience this week I bought a new iron. I was sent a dirty, previously used, scratched item by Amazon in a box that had been taped together. It was left in a public place by the driver with no outer packaging, that anyone passing could help themselves to. The iron contained water and had obviously been used and returned previously but was sold as brand new. I wrote a review which was declined by Amazon - a little too much truth about them sending out used items as new.
I no longer trust Amazon and their shoddy, dreadful shopping experience is a disgrace.

The most wonderful place to buy fabric. The customer service is excellent, the fabric quality is exquisite and I have been so delighted to find this company, you can spend hours on the website exploring their stock of fabulous fabrics.

I needed to return my first purchase from this company because the fit wasn't good, gaping around the waist and not helped by some bulky seams around the zip. Three weeks later I am still waiting for the refund. There's no problem with the dress, they've received it back in perfect condition - the company simply don't like parting with money and I'm unlikely to ever shop with them again because of the very poor customer service.

Really excellent customer service from Sweetpea & Willow. I was kept up to date on when my order would be dispatched. On the day of delivery, the drivers phoned to confirm the delivery time. Leon and Adrian were so kind, carrying everything up several flights of stairs, a real credit to their company and couldn’t have been more helpful.
Sweetpea & Willow deserve their great reputation for customer care.
