Love the clothing. I shop at WYSE when I visit London. I also shop online from the US but prices are so very high. Assume it is the tariffs.

Always amazing staff here and beautiful collections. I always visit this store every time we come to Southwold and purchase something beautiful, whether it’s New Collection or from their amazing sample sale items from the Rummage Room upstairs. Tammy was so helpful and knowledgeable about the brand and also offered me sparkling Elderflower in the heat. Another beautiful purchase - this time the Marie blouse. Love Wyse stores but above all, the Sales Team lead by example in elegance, knowledge and friendliness. I look forward to coming back again soon!

I had a very disappointing experience…
I had a very disappointing experience with this company. My order was shipped but then returned to the sender due to an error in their address system, which incorrectly altered the delivery details.
Although this issue was clearly not caused by me, the company refuses to resend or reserve the item. It is now out of stock in my size. ("Unfortunately this is not possible, the item will be restocked once delivered back to our warehouse, reserving items is not possible, you can of course sign up to get notied on the product page incase one does come back as a return.")
For a company operating in a higher price segment, I would have expected a more customer-oriented solution.

My experience of Wyse
I love the fact that the clothes are well made and use lots of natural fabrics. The styles are well designed and are always a perfect fit for me. I also like the fact that queries are always replied to very quickly.
