So B&Q has modelled itself on the likes of EBay, “B&Q Marketplace” You think your buying items from B&Q but your not, they now use 3rd party sellers. B&Q over charged me on every item as much as £10 on some! Had I bought from these 3rd party sellers, the £440 I spent with B&Q all items would have cost me £310. B&Q’s new marketplace is designed to rip of their customers!
I will NEVER use these rip-off merchants again, they are disgusting
After buying a motorhome, I wanted to get some BAD ASS alloy wheels and a set of BFGoodrich KO2 all terrain tyres fitted to really set the look of the motorhome off.
Going to wheelmaina and dealing with Sebastian proved I had made the right choice going to wheelmaina, on their advice I went for the MSW 48 VAN matt black 17" and 225/65R 17" BFG KO2 tyres. New bolts and looking nuts also ordered.
The alloy wheels took 2 weeks to be ordered and shipped from Italy. I then received a text from Sebastian informing me they have arrived and booked me in for fitting.
The service and communications from start to finished was excellent as was the fitting on the day.
If your looking for wheels/tyres the knowledge these guys possess is just mind-blowing and service provided is second to none.
Regardless of what campsite I'm on, the wheels and tyres turns heads and the comments are always great.
This joke of a company refused my motorhome insurance based on them using google street view to see if the secure storage site was fit for purpose, i.e. Had secure perimeter fencing - secure gated entrance and 24h CCTV and the fact owner lived on site. On google street view, you are NOT able to view past the driveway leading up to building and view the secure storage facilities at the rear of the building.
As someone who works in construction, its a good job we do not rely on "google street view" to make decisions on if we can build or not. What the hell is wrong with these clowns.
Spent 5 minutes on my PC, insurance bought elsewhere and a lot cheaper...... I hope these clowns go BUST...... reading their shockingly bad reviews I'm thankful they are stupid enough to make decisions based on using "Google Street View"
As predicted a very generic response! Why do I need to email you clowns with the issue experienced when it’s stated above? CLOWNS…..

I’m sure my 5 year old granddaughter will love her Christmas presents and enjoy her piano for many years to come.
Went to the Wolverhampton showroom on Sunday 10th October to test drive a Range Rover Evoque HSE dynamic lux Reg OU16 KBX I had reserved the car with £99 deposit. When a young lad was asked to accompany me on my test drive, I noticed the fuel indicator stated only 4 miles remaining before empty, I was assured it would be fine. when we got back to the showroom the fuel indicator showed 0 miles left. I wanted to pay for the car in full by debit card, I was duped to having £3000 on finance as they stated that having finance on the car the 2 year warranty I was also sold would mean the finance company would be able to put pressure on the warranty company to fix any issues that I may experience with the car. Soon after I paid £23499 by debit card two managers approached the desk where I was sitting at with the sales manager, They informed me that as they were putting a small amount of fuel in the car for me to drive home, the engine management light had come on and I would not be able to take the car home. They told me they will get it into their work shop and give it their full priority to get the issues resolved. I had to pay for a taxi £25 back home and leave the car I had just paid for that developed an engine fault before even leaving the showroom!!!
I emailed the manager that sold me the car that same evening informing him I was not willing to take delivery of a car that had not even left the showroom yet and its already in their workshop! No Reply Back!!!
I called next day 11th Oct 9:57am and spoke to another manager telling him the reason I wanted to cancel the purchase of the car. He took my details and informed me he would start the process and call me back to update me on the refund.
At 16:32 I was forced to call the Wolverhampton showroom up as I still had not received the promised call back. I was told the manager I spoke to that morning was on another call and they would get him to call me back, I advised the person that took my call all my calls to the showroom were being recorded. 10-15 minutes later the manager called me back, He had not started the cancelation as they were "short staffed" and would call me back tomorrow around midday with an update on the full refund I was seeking. I informed the manager, all calls were being recorded, I felt I had to do this after reading the shocking reviews both on their customers review page and here on trustpilot ! It seams Carshop are dishonest and liars they also upsell products you really don't want or need. I will be asking BBC consumers program to look into this DISHONEST company so more people are wise to this shockingly bad company's practices. I will update on how I get on with my full refund!
Wish I had read the reviews prior to dealing with this company! My advise would be to avoid and buy elsewhere
I bought a Canon R5 at a cost of £4,199 and after a few months sent a trade in request to these rip off merchants and they offered £2,700 less that 400 shutter actions, that week I checked there used stock and there listed was a used Canon R5 with over 2000 shutter actions and they were asking for £3,500, customer services are a complete joke

Good Afternoon Dave,
We are happy to hear you had no issues with the ordering of the carpet.
Apologies for the issue with the delivery of your order.
This is not the high standard service we offer our customers, for which we sincerely apologise.
Unfortunately, at present, we are one man delivery service. This is explained during the checkout stages and on our dedicated delivery page here:
https://www.flooringsuperstore.com/delivery
However, we fully understand your frustration if this has been overlooked.
The delivery note refers to kerbside, however, the driver will always try to get as close to the property as possible - hence the mention of the ground floor. It is great to hear the driver was helpful enough to assist your daughter take the item inside your home.
It is not our intention to mislead you in any way and we apologise profoundly for any inconvenience caused.
If you would like to provide us with your order information, we can certainly look into this further.
Bought a Bowen flash head, model bulb was not working, they failed to check the light was fully working prior to selling/shipping.
Emailed them and they sent x2 of the cheapest modling bulbs they sell at £3.99 each despite having in stock the more exspensive one (the same one that was fixed to the faulty light I bought) I can only guess they did not like the reviews I posted on here and social media sites so thought sod him he can have the chepo ones.
I’ve spent thousands over the past few years and due to how they treat their customers I now buy from park cameras, only with they had this light I needed!

Dear Dave,
Firstly I am sorry you received a flash head with a blown modelling bulb. All items are checked when they come back to ensure they are working, so not sure why you received it that way. Please accept my apologies for this.
Regarding the bulbs you were subsequently sent, I am sorry you feel this wasn't sufficient to resolve the issue. The customer service agent simply selected 2 compatible bulbs and arranged for these to be sent to you. There was certainly no ill will intended.
If there is anything we can do to help, please do get in touch. customercare@wex.co.uk
