Unpredictable service. Une day they communicate by mail, another by sms, and a third by snail mail. And then 160 kr of service fee to pay 100 kr of import taxes. 160 kr? Why not a thousand? I can just say that, if at all possible, I will chose a vendor that does NOT use postnord in the future. Btw the delivery guys are nice. No complaints about them.

We communicate by the channel that are available to us. I the sender has connected the email and/or phone number we use these. If nothing is connected to the parcel we have to use letters.

Price and product are really good. Delivery sucked. The driver arrived much later than announced ( by the driver himself by phone) and he left me with a huge package (65' tv) at the entry of the driveway under the rain. Normally they always bring stuff at least at the carport.
