Compared to other low cost airlines you compare very well and it is a pleasant experience to fly with you. I really don’t like flying with the other airlines as they treat you without much respect. So much so that it puts me off traveling. Keep doing what you are doing and I can carry on travelling!

Review of Atelier Rosemood
I have used this company several times for the printing of my holiday photos. Once ordered the album was delivered very quickly. The paper, printing & finish are of good quality and friends are impressed by this and want to do their own. I think it is important to do the layout yourself rather than it being automatic on the site. It is always fun but time consuming. Worth your time when you see the result. Would recommend 100%.

We usually use Volotea when we go away if possible. There are plenty of destinations to chose from and the service is good and what I like if
there is a problem you are always informed. Also never seems to be a problem with baggage restrictions unlike some other well known airlines. You are treated with more respect!

Review of Freddie's Flowers
The flowers were not delivered on the day. They were for my sister’s 80th. As I live in France and could not be there in person it was important for me that they arrived. I also paid £5 for next day delivery to make sure they arrived. I have not been reimbursed for this. My sister received her flowers 2 days later. She did not remark on the flowers, only to say how many flowers of each and what they were (there was not many) I assume that they did not thrill her! But in response they refunded me and sent my sister one of their Showstoppers bouquet, which she was delighted with. They handled my complaint very positively, which is highly reassuring when most companies are very dismissive! Many thanks.

I ordered some wallpaper samples from them which for me is great as I can't get decent wallpaper where I live in France. They were very efficient and I received them in days.
Ordered 1 roll of wallpaper which arrived within a week. It was very well packaged. I must say I was impressed with the efficiency. Its great to know my dilemma and frustration with trying to access British items has now been resolved. Can't wait to use them again.
