Like other reviewers I was scammed out of 29.99 after paying £1 for one look-up. I strongly suspect the information it 'found' was fictitious. Cancelled the recurring PayPal subscription.

I ordered a drum that was described as 40cms with 14 tongues, as per photo on website. I received a drum that was 15 cms with 8 tongues and only half the advertised accessories.

Fitter was a few minutes late, but quickly replaced the damaged tyre and advised on the condition of all the others.
The service is invaluable for people who are unable to change their own tyres or whose car comes wihtout a spare wheel

Used 2 firms recommended by Checkatrade when we were new to the town and didn't know anyone who could recommend tradesmen. Very satisfied with both.

The five stars is for customer service. My previous review was one star for the bag of stones I was sent as Veggie Gold. On lodging a complaint I was immediately offered a full refund, despite having riddled and used some of the compost. As we will riddle and use the rest I offered to settle for an 80% refund, which I received promptly.

Paid £100 for veggie gold to renovate the depleted soil in the garden of my new house. Got a bag of what appears to be soil full of pebbles, bits of glass, brick and ceramic with no sign of organic material. A total rip off. They’re taking advantage of people who can’t get to garden centres.
