Coming back (20 Feb), I arrived at Gatwick North Terminal and phoned your number once I was through arrivals, and went to stand at the layby opposite Premier Inn. I was stood there in the freezing cold for over 20 minutes. I phone to find out what was happening, and was just told that the car windows were frosted because of the cold weather. Huh? Is that a reason? As the staff knew when I was due in, couldn't my car have been prepared in anticipation of my arrival to prevent an unnecessary delay? I was disappointed at the service on my return, hence the 'average' rating. This was not up to APH usual standards.

Simple to insure, very competitive rates and polite knowledgeable staff when one needs advice. I have insured with a Driver Guardian for three consecutive years.

Always helpful. The advice given over the phone (over which brand of tyres to buy) was very good, and David Vine, the tyre fitter who always comes, is a model of politeness, cheerfulness and above all efficiency.

No complaints or reservations at all. My set of car mats seem to be of good quality (wear and tear over time will tell) and the service was efficient, with delivery within the time frame stated.

Etyres surpassed my expectations. From making the initial enquiry about winter tyres which was expertly and courteously handled, to ordering them and having them fitted outside my own home took less than 24 hours. The fitter was knowledgeable and polite too. Will return to etyres with confidence.
