Terrible customer service long wait for refund
I ordered a small greenhouse from Rathwood back in January 14th it took over a month to arrive and then when it arrived the quality was so poor that I had to ask for a refund, the package was picked up on the 4th march I was told it didn't reach the warehouse until the 11th of march I have been calling and emailing no response to emails. The call took 15 mins to get through but it feels like you're talking to an AI assistant they tell you that the refund will be processed and then nothing happens this has been going on almost three weeks now and I'm at the point where I'm going to complain to the CCPI because now I don't have a product I don't have the money and I'm waiting for the refund ...€330 in limbo Terrible experience avoid Rathwood at all costs...their reply below is what all of the emails say... all 10 of them ...I'll update this review once I get the refund today is 2nd April..update today is 8th April still no refund ☹️
