This company which also trades online as mapleleaf is a complete scam. I would give it no stars if I could. They advertise that they are selling hardback and paperback books online but don't be fooled! You will never receive an actual book....only a download in pdf format that is not compatible with any reading app online. Customer service is laughable....very condescending message explaining that you never ordered a book only an ebook, making out that it's your error...no way will you get a refund. Avoid avoid avoid.

I had bought items at this particular mainly because I was offered free postage but when my receipt came through I saw I had in fact been charged for postage. I emailed the company who almost immediately offered me a postage refund. Charlotte in Customer Services was responsible for this I believe

Fantastic toys with an excellent commentary regarding age suitability of toys themselves. Parcel arrived within 48 hours in a well packaged box so all items purchased in tip top condition. I am thrilled with the items and ultra quick delivery service.

Exactly what I wanted in the size I needed. It came quickly in the original box. Obviously brand new and in excellent condition. Super price too. What's not to love!

The tracking data was confusing at first but when I emailed the company they got back to me immediately to clarify the situation and in fact my parcel was delivered safely the next day.

The flowers arrived early morning. The blooms were in tip top condition and wrapped around with foil to keep them cool and fresh. The instructions for display were straightforward and meant my vase-full looked really good....almost as good as Freddie's instructional video!

The goods are excellent quality. Just as described. Payment was only taken when goods were in transit. Delivery time was within 2 hour delivery time slot. The driver carried the heavy packages through to back garden for us.

Driver very polite. Delivery arrived nice and early within predicted time frame. When driver noticed that the outer bag was slightly split , he suggested I check the parcel whilst he was there to see that all items expected were within. They were! Excellent service.
