I would give ZERO stars for this scamming company if I could.
Ordered a tennis trainer at the beginning of lockdown - it never arrived.
I queried the order several weeks (months!) ago and was given a tracking link which seems to be stuck in transit somewhere in China (had to use a translator to interpret the mandarin). I asked when the shipment was due and they couldn't answer.
Don't order from them if you don't want to chuck your money away.

Amazing service - so helpful over the phone, advising on what tyres for which wheels etc. You have the peace of mind that you're getting the right wheel for your car as you have to provide specific car details from your registration doc.
Great communication re delivery, plus amazing price - fraction of the main dealer price.

While the goods and prices might be great, the customer service is non existent. Have been trying to contact them for over a week by phone - it just rings and rings, and there’s been no response to various emails both in french and english. I’m beyond frustrated now.

I’m amending my review which was initially written in complete frustration. Snowleader did ultimately respond via email with the info/returns label I needed, and the returns process was very easy with a quick refund. Given that it was in the run up to Christmas after Black Friday I accept they were without a doubt extremely busy. So my review score is now 3 stars rather than 1 (it would be 3.5 if there was an option but not 4 as my experience wasn’t “great”)

Great service & products - beautifully made lights!

Purchased saddle pad at best online price - was apologetically advised within 24 hrs that there was a 6 week delay if I needed to cancel order which I did. This was followed up by a very courteous call to confirm my email. Unusual to encounter this level of honesty and care in customer service - will definately use again for this reason.

Ordered from Crowders as they were one of the few places to stock the plant we wanted. After ordering we needed to speed up the delivery time - they were really helpful and accommodating. Plant arrived on time, well packaged and healthy. Will definitely use again.
