The original 244 native and 26 binding comparison gaps are closed: all 427 native + 26 binding IDs now have finite baselines and upper limits, with at least three independently traced v3 runs per ID. Five fresh measurement dispatches also prove that v3 keeps its head after main's measured Bencher version advances from 84 to 85. Production fixes were reviewed and merged separately in #853/#854.
Retain the real runs, 63 report responses, active-history queries, workflow sources and history probes alongside 16 isolated live notification scenarios. Four actual issue/comment deliveries were independently read back; all 46 synthetic Bencher resources and both temporary workflow refs were cleaned up, and the two test issues are closed. Preserve the initial schedule audit, synchronize six status documents, and track JVM/WASI plus qualified mobile nightly expansion separately in #858.
Three real file-writer alerts occurred in the second full run. Their values and production reporting log are retained; none occurred in the preceding run, so the existing two-run policy suppressed notification. Initial numeric limits can be wide. The isolated live delivery test redirects the physical workflow lookup to its test branch; it does not claim human-mailbox receipt or unmodified default-branch delivery.
Validation: fresh extraction verifies 1,500 internal checksums and reproduces all eight derived reports byte-for-byte. Negative controls reject missing comparisons, inherited-main substitutions and missing delivery evidence; optimized Python is refused. The history and both reporting test files pass. The audit records and corrects a one-second collection-window boundary that initially excluded six original B-tree observations. No database runtime or Rust test inventory changes.
