Live run 19 (run-18 fixes): 13/13, 15m24s, $1.01, 1 supervisor wake, 3 host-run
blocks, and run 18's two block classes did not recur. The remaining two:
- gate-scaffold-verify read `.aladdin/scaffold-symbols` lines written in the
"### Scaffold" report shape ("+ create fn crate::count_words @ src/lib.rs") and
took `create` as a symbol, "defined 0 times" twice (also once in run 18). Markers,
verbs and keywords are skipped, a crate path is reduced to its name (ctx-symbols
counts by name), and a zero-count block names the file's expected shape. Two new
conformance cases; `case()` checks must_say against every line on an accept.
- The structural reviewer was dispatched without a worktree and its self-check found
no contract in the main tree. `budget hook` copies the contract into the main
tree's marker dir for an observed role with no worktree and removes it at stop.
budget-roles test case 7 (7/7).
- symbol_count's grep fallback printed "0\n0" under pipefail on a no-match, so the
block text broke mid-sentence on hosts without ctx-symbols (found by the
fallback-mode conformance run); it prints one number.
ROADMAP M0.8 records run 19; OVERVIEW and CHANGELOG updated. make ci: 60/60, also
60/60 in CI fallback mode.
