At #ClimateWeekNYC, our will join clients, partners, and industry leaders to explore how AI, data, and digital technologies can help scale climate action, strengthen resilience, advance circular business models, and unlock new opportunities for sustainable growth. Throughout the week, our experts will contribute to discussions at the Climate Implementation Forum, Sustainable Investment Forum, World Climate Summit, and partner events with SAP, UNICEF, and others. We look forward to engaging with the leaders helping turn tomorrow's challenges into today's opportunities.

#PULSE2026 #Leadership #Transformation #KünstlicheIntelligenz #WomenInBusiness #MakeItReal Miriam Piper Nica Huestegge Christina Bösenberg Iman El Sonbaty Taina Temmen Torben Schuster Nora Preisker Joana Ristau

Do agentic systems create real value? Only when CHROs become orchestrators of work. The traditional mandate is no longer enough. Our latest point of view explores how CHROs are moving beyond workforce stewardship to become orchestrators of work, helping shape how people, technology, and AI collaborate. We outline three structural shifts: - The CHRO mandate is expanding beyond workforce stewardship - Performance is increasingly constrained by capacity, not talent - AI is moving from automation to agentic systems   Discover how CHROs can help shape the future of work: https://bit.ly/4y6C02e #FutureOfCHRO #AIinHR #MakeItReal

Most organizations measure AI adoption at the individual level. But they often overlook a critical question: is AI actually improving teamwork?   In their latest Harvard Business Review article, Elisa Farri and Gabriele Rosani examine how Gen AI can enhance team performance throughout the entire collaboration process. Their research points to two conditions for success: intentionality and craft.   These insights build on the ideas explored in the HBR Guide to Generative AI for Teams, released last week.   Read the article: https://bit.ly/4xv9w0Y #MakeItReal

Earlier this week, we asked our LinkedIn audience where AI is saving teams time—and where reviewing or correcting its work is eating into those gains. Stacey Mahoney, ACC-CPDC raised a concern that AI can create new inefficiencies and shift employees from generating their own ideas to editing generic outputs. We asked Elisa Farri, coauthor of "The HBR Guide to Generative AI for Teams": How can leaders introduce AI into teamwork in a way that strengthens employees’ creativity, judgment, and ownership of the work? When every company has Gen AI, how can yours stand out?    Following the September 8 launch of the HBR Guide to Generative AI for Teams, Harvard Business Review explores this very question many leaders are asking.   As Gabriele Rosani explains, the answer lies not only in access to AI, but in interaction and how teams use it together. Organizations that make team-AI collaboration a true capability, using AI to challenge thinking, strengthen decisions, and spark new ideas, will be best positioned to create lasting value. Worth a watch. 👇
