Two-thirds of business leaders in Europe, Middle East and Africa are already benefiting from significant #AI productivity gains, and about 40% expect return on investment within the next year. These are some of the findings of IBM’s new report “The Race for ROI: How AI is transforming enterprise productivity in EMEA”. Clearly, organizations are increasingly realising the technology’s value. With input from 3500 senior leaders in 10 countries across EMEA, we took the pulse of organizations' AI-powered productivity, where they are prioritizing investments, areas of greatest impact, and to what extent this technology is transforming their businesses.
