When sustainability data is built on the right foundation, its impact can extend far beyond a single use case. Building on the HEART solution, the Product Carbon Footprint platform originally developed with Henkel Adhesive Technologies, we worked with Henkel Consumer Brands to scale automated cradle-to-gate carbon footprint calculations across more than 50,000 products, including complex, multi-component offerings such as hair coloration kits. The result? ✅ Faster, more consistent Product Carbon Footprint calculations at scale ✅ Reduced manual effort and greater reporting reliability ✅ Clear visibility into emissions hotspots across products and value chains ✅ Better-informed eco-design and product development decisions It's a powerful example of how organizations can amplify sustainability outcomes by turning data into a strategic asset for decision-making and innovation. Myth. Not Yet. Or Make it real?    Does the smartest AI automatically create impact everywhere? Not quite.    Results follow process gravity: where the work happens, where its information lives and where the authority to act sits.    Four layers turn that principle into action: 1: Ground AI in trusted context. 2: Compose the right capabilities around the work. 3: Collaborate across people, agents and systems. 4: Compound what works across the enterprise.    At Dreamforce, Matt Evans and Sabrina Empis put enterprise AI assumptions to the test.    Join us at the Atrium at SF MoMA for a session on Claudeforce - the future of sales and service, Wednesday, 16th September, 3:00pm PT, to witness how, together with Salesforce, we make it real.   Register here: https://bit.ly/4cZCeNj #DF26 #MakeItReal

What happens when your customer stops making buying decisions? Not because they don't want to, but because their AI agent already did. For decades, brands competed for human attention. Search. Clicks. Engagement. Conversion. Every digital strategy was built around influencing a person at the point of decision. But what if that moment disappears?   As agentic AI evolves from answering questions to taking action, a new reality is emerging: autonomous agents that research, compare, negotiate, and purchase on behalf of consumers. In that world, customers may never visit your website, see your ad, or interact with your brand directly.    So what becomes the new battleground? Is it trust? Data quality? API accessibility? Or something deeper: the ability for brands to communicate effectively with digital proxies that optimize for outcomes rather than emotion? The most provocative question may be this: When AI agents become the primary interface between consumers and brands, who really owns the relationship?   In this thought-provoking article, Sebastien Jouvenaar and Neerav Vyas explore how agentic experiences could redefine commerce, customer engagement, and competitive advantage. If you're wondering what happens after SEO, AEO, and conversational AI, this is a conversation worth reading.   📥 Download DPIR 12: https://bit.ly/46eblUO to explore the full article and join the debate.   #AgenticAI #CustomerExperience #FutureOfBusiness

Most teams have AI. Few use it as a team. We're proud to celebrate the launch of the HBR Guide to Generative AI for Teams, the latest book from Capgemini experts Gabriele Rosani and Elisa Farri, published by Harvard Business Review. While 49% of leaders use generative AI every day, only 7% bring it into team discussions, workshops, and decision-making. This guide shows how teams can move beyond individual productivity and use AI to collaborate more effectively, make better decisions, and achieve stronger outcomes. Congratulations to Gabriele and Elisa on this fantastic achievement. Curious? Get an exclusive sneak peek of the book: https://bit.ly/4yqCZLh #MakeItReal
