Once the internal battery or charging circuit fails, the entire expensive flashlight becomes useless garbage.To make matters worse, customer service refused to honor their lifetime warranty because the flashlight was a gift and I do not know the original retail location where it was purchased. A lifetime warranty should cover the product itself, regardless of whether it was a gift. Avoid this company if you expect a tool that lasts or a brand that stands behind its promises.

I just purchased a BALDR Mini from the Olight store on Amazon and it shipped with an obsolete mount. There are no functioning Olights customer support phone numbers. The online chat button does not respond. After poking around their web site I somehow got a chat started but only with an automated agent. Before sending me to a real agent, they requested 2$ and my credit card number and no longer let me type a response to the automated agent. NO WAY! They took my email & phone number but no response. I'm just going to send it back thru Amazon. Good thing I didn't buy direct. I have previously purchased 7 OLIGHT and OSIGHT weapon accessories but I think this one is my last. What happened Olight?

Considero la luce RN2000 un ottimo prodotto a livello di prestazioni, tanto da averla consigliata e fatta acquistare di recente anche al mio compagno. Purtroppo, dopo pochissimi utilizzi e trattando il prodotto con la massima cura, il corpo luce si è letteralmente bloccato all'interno del supporto, rendendo impossibile lo sgancio rapido e costringendomi a smontare tutto il blocco dal manubrio.
Il vero problema, però, è l'assistenza. Ho inviato una mail dettagliata con la ricevuta d'acquisto il 9 giugno all'indirizzo corretto. A distanza di sei giorni non ho ricevuto il minimo cenno di risposta. Ho provato a contattarli anche tramite i social (Instagram), sia in privato che pubblicamente, ma c'è un totale silenzio radio.
Trovo questo servizio post-vendita imbarazzante per un marchio che si professa premium. Lasciare un cliente a piedi a ridosso di un evento importante è inaccettabile. Spero che questo commento pubblico serva a ricevere finalmente il riscontro che mi spetta.

Très mauvaise expérience avec le service après vente de Olight ,commande 42590266 Ref.CA1775633765873476 pRODUIT F109_0SIGHT-SE-CA. Depuis le 14 avril que je tourne en rond ,il réponde qu'il envoie un numéro et rien Bien organisé pour la vente et 0 service clientèles ( J'aimais votre produit )Je suis déçu et frustre d'attendre apres mon argent 333.00 environ Sana règlement rapide je vais déposé une plainte au Service des Consommateur du Québec Andre Robitaille

I have only had good experiences with warranty and customer service, even after USPS admitted to delivering my package at the wrong address talked to them and literally in 5 min they sent me a invoice for my second replacement no questions asked

The Worst Customer Service of any Chinese Based Companies! Any issues with Warranty and Olight is MIA! No Live Support ( as they claim on their website), No Email Support, No Phone Support! So anything goes wrong with any Olight Products with their “ Lifetime Warranty “ and a Customer is on his/her own! It’s a Big Scam of a company! Their “ Service Center “ is in China!

the only thing olight cares about is there Facebook people where you can only post pics of olights and never say anything bad ever or you will get kicked out, and you will get a different response depending on who you talk to all telling you just what you want to hear and offer you a free gift just so you won't complain

Bought flight arkflex ,Bought because I was hoping for premium quality for a fair amount. Fits great in my pocket for everyday use ,electrician/ plumber first few months great excellent features. But now when I turn it on just comes on really low doesn't respond to switch so have to hit it to get it to function. So will be look at a different manufacturer

ho fatto un ordine di sei torce e due sono pervenute senza il cavo per la ricarica, nonostante abbia scritto quattro volte al sevizio clienti mi rispondono sempre di rimandare indietro a mie spese le torce. servizio pessimo non comprerò più da loro. quanto scritto posso dimostrarlo con lo scambio di mail se volete. molto meglio anche in qualità la LEDLENSER.

After breaking a few pen lights that died within a day, I tried this one out and don’t regret it a single bit, this thing is sick. I don’t have a single complaint with it at all.

The charger is super strong, I can wave the light near it and it’ll snap together and not come off.

I expected it to be decently bright but DAMN, the brightest setting lit up a whole room and did not drop a charge while trying it out which I expected. It got a tiny bit warm but nothing to worry about, it’s fair for how much light it’s putting out. Being able to lock it is super useful too so it won’t turn on in my pocket.

The metal and build is super nice, very comfortable in hand. I can actually tell that the charger and light is made very well. Haven’t been able to test how waterproof it is (thankfully).

I haven’t been able to use it outside of testing it yet but the magnet is going to be INSANELY useful work working on cars where I can just stick it on metal and have a super bright light aiming wherever needed. It sits in my pocket feeling like no more than a Milwaukee fastback.

Yes, you need one, fantastic value for money.
