Appalling avoid at all costs. Conned into some firm of subscription or service whilst attempting to book a restaurant online. Subsequent stealth payments withdrawn from my account via the debit card I used fir the restaurant booking. BTW the restaurant deny authorising Reza flash to take payments!!!! Tauntamoun to fraud. Caveat emptor

Be careful this is a scam. I booked a restaurant in Italy, it was at first fast and in only 2 clicks I got my reservation, Rezaflash charged me 1 cent, which I thought it was fair. Afterwards, I arrived at the restaurant and they told me there was no reservation under my name. The restaurant owner even asked my to look at the reservation service Rezaflash on my device and confirmed to me it is a scam because they actually do not have any reservation service at all. 😱
I already talked to my bank to let them know about all these along with the cybernetic police to increase the chances that this scammer gets caught. Be careful!!!

Rezaflash tried to take money from me with no authorisation. They masquerade as a booking system for a restaurant and then tried to take another £52. Luckily my bank flagged it as an unauthorised transaction. Do not use them!! They are not clear about their costs and what they do!!!

Easy and simple

A scam. We booked a resto in Venice IT through it and found there was none, despite a Rezaflash confirmation. Whatsmore, the resto did not know of them. Skip Rezaflash.

This is scam. I use my card for a dinner reservation and they charge me two weeks after for a subscription I did not sign up to . 89 euros. You better use other platform for bookings, these are thiefs

i’ve been waiting for a pending amount to be removed from my bank account. i’ve possibly been in touch with a few support staff, but Nia has finally convinced me that the balance is cleared from your end. i just need to make my bank fraud dept believe it. thank you Noa

This is a scam website. I was trying to book a restaurant and I was directed to this platform. I provided my details, kept waiting on the platform saying "we are working on your request, your reservation can not be confirmed". I also received an e mail that they have received my request. No replies after. Today my card was charged 90 pounds. I called my bank and cancelled it. Please be aware.

Basically they are thieves. Exactly the same experience as others on this site. Tried to book a restaurant in Bologna and put in my details thinking it was a free reservation ervice like Seven Dials in the UK only to discover that they'd taken £53 out from my credit card and 'signed' me up to a concierge service I had no knowledge of or need for. Basically theft.
