The service was not delivered. They did not complete the money transfer. Instead, they either lost the transfer or simply kept the commission. After that, they made no real effort to investigate why the payment never arrived.

If they decide to correct their mistake by locating the lost or unprocessed transfer and ensuring the money is delivered, that would be the right course of action for their company.

They failed to provide the service they promised, and their customer support has also failed to resolve the issue. The company does not provide the value it claims to offer. On top of that, I have lost money that I earned because of using their platform as an intermediary.

My commission disappeared. I have commissions that were never paid out but are nowhere on the dashboard to be able to withdraw. I will not be promoting the company that I have an affiliate with anymore because they use this system.

There is no customer support, a lot of bugs while you use it. Just save your time and go to another platform

Very poor experience with PartnerStack payouts.

I requested a withdrawal and even after 5 days, the funds have not been received. The system shows the status as “Sent”, but support says it is still “processing”. This kind of conflicting information is not acceptable, especially for financial transactions.

There is no transaction ID, no payment proof, and no clear update on where the money actually is. Support replies are generic and do not provide any real answers.

For a platform handling payouts, transparency and reliability are basic expectations. Right now, both are missing.

Would not recommend based on this experience.

This a wonderful platform

Do you see all these 1-star reviews from other reviewers? They are justified for the way PartnerStack operates. Support is non-existent, barrier to entry high, and I mean, it feels as if they simply exist without serving any purpose other than to waste your time. My suggestion? Steer clear of them.

WARNING to all advertisers! 🤯 Airwallex is a nightmare! We lost over $10k due to their terrible network and horrible support 😕. As a big advertiser with lots of commissions and publishers, I expected better. Their payout delays to affiliates are RIDICULOUS 🙄. Support? Forget about it, no one cares 😐.

Would NOT recommend to anyone. Big red flag 🚩

Decent tool for Partner management but very pricey compared to competitors. You can save thousands of dollars with competitors.

People! Go with any other company, but partnerstack. Once you get commissions coming in, they’ll find a way to kick you out.. and come up with some BS on why you’re not accepted back. Fantastic business model. PartnerCrap!

Partnerstack are very poor company to deal I sign with Pollo Video Generator software at the time of purchase i didn't know who or what I was dealing with partner stack now I know first hand unprofessional "PartnerStack" they said they would refund my first and final payment then they offered to go half's with my money ? Now Partner Stack are having a meeting about refunding under a US$100 US$ unbelievable they should understand I am happy to lose an small amount of money small price to pay for the small lesson to find who and what Partner Stack & pollo is a Scam company. I will be back with more updates with regards how the partner stack meeting goes over my money.

They will scam you out of your commissions and will ban your account for literally no reason. Their support also don’t reply. Bunch of scammers

Partnerstack seems to do everything you might need from a partner management portal. In my case, I was looking for a way to manage multiple commissions and payments to partners. This is where it all went wrong. If you want to see your dashboard in your own currency (aka in GBP in my case), you're screwed. Welcome to the world of having everything put into $$$. Sometimes it's actually converted to dollars, other times it's the GBP value with just a $ in front of it. I've raised this issue to the product team alongside all of my other product-related complaints. I never heard back from the team. They obviously don't value input from users.
Avoid and use one of the dozens of other providers.
