I had a logo made fora motorcycle rocker set and was not sure who could make them with the quality amd size I wanted. I gave these guys a chance and they came out amazing! From now on i will only be having them made with them! Thanka guys! Great work!

Our order was taken, paid in full, never received items. No follow through from customer service, tried to call no answer. Absolutely would not do business with this company.

Don't use these people. I paid over $700 and they gave me the run around for almost 6 months. No product, no refund.

I contacted them several times. Each time they said they could do it, asked for my details, and told me they would get back to me soon. I was expecting the order to arrive within a week, but instead they ended up wasting nearly a month of my time.

Don’t waste your time with people who don’t value it and keep giving empty promises.

Let me be clear here, I am the biggest skeptic there is when it comes to international trade. Especially knowing that this company headquarters is in Pakistan.. It’s no secret to most of you that fraud seems to resonate out of the Philippines or Pakistan. However, they made a believer out of me that they are above the board and can be and should be worthy of your trust.. I highly recommend this company for all of your patch making needs. And they will exceed your expectations as they have exceeded my.. the owner of the company who I had the opportunity to speak with on several occasions was very patient with me despite my rudeness to him. And believe me, I can be a tough cat, especially when I fear I’m being taken advantage of. The owner begged me to give him a chance and not only did he deliver with flying colors, but he completely changed my opinion of doing business internationally.. I can’t recommend this company enough. And they have proven that they are here to stay and again they deserve your full confidence and their ability to deliver exactly what you see on the website..

Initial contact, patch design, and the entire process leading up to placing the order was great! The patches arrived and were perfect.

Only issue I had was communication after order was placed. There was a delay in production and the shipping date changed. I did not receive an email or phone call about the delay and when I called, a week after the original delivery date, I received a new date. This was also missed with no communication till I called a second time. This was not a rush order and I was not on a time constraint so all was good. This would be five stars if an e-mail/call was sent/made to inform me of the delay.

I will be using them again.

I had a hard time finding a place because I'm always so scared of scammers. The person that worked with me was great and set me at ease even after I was regrettably rude to him at first because of my own paranoia. He kept in close contact with me throughout by sending me pictures and videos and messages. Easy to communicate and the quality was pretty incredible. It was produced, shipped, and on my doorstep surprisingly fast as well. How these guys could possibly have any bad reviews is beyond me because they're great from start to finish. Very fair pricing. I will be doing all of my future business through Stitch Patches.

I worked with Christian, who provided excellent customer service through a number of iterations in design. Though shipping took a while, it was worth the wait. I look forward to doing business with them again!

This small business provided exactly what I wanted- 20 individualized patches to go on a uniform. I provided a general design that the team was able to digitize and translate in a product within a few business days. I chatted with nearly 10 companies and this was the only one that would make a small number of individualized patches at a reasonable price.

The process is explained on the website, but here is what I experienced so other readers can understand:
-Worked directly with a person who was available via email and phone.
-I provided details and a general design and the team processed that into a digitized version that I was able to freely edit.
-After edits were complete, they made 1 patch and sent a photo to allow for final edits.
-Each patch had a similar design and a person's name on it.
-Payment is through PayPal and an invoice was provided.
-The patches were made and shipped from overseas. Please allow for a few days to be processed through Customs when anticipating delivery, as that part of the process is not up to the company. The package was delivered by DHL.

Absolutely impressed with this custom patch company! They made me 4 custom patches with iron-on backs, exactly to my specs. The quality is excellent, and they arrived right on time. The team was responsive, answered all my questions, and kept me updated throughout the process. Great customer service from start to finish—highly recommend!

I don't know why this company has any good reviews. They must be fake, or the company just isn't what it used to be. I know for a fact that at least one of these reviews is fake because "Universal leather LLC" charged my card when I bought the infernal patch. They promise to ship within 5 business days on their website header. I ordered a patch 3 weeks ago, they NEVER sent it, I've given them the benefit of the doubt, but then they lied to me. I called weeks ago and they said my patch would be here last week. Didn't show up. Called again, they said it wasn't in stock? But they'd ship it on Monday. Monday came around, nothing happened. So I called and they said they'd send it by the end of the day. I waited until the post office was nearly closed in their area. Texted them on WhatsApp to see what was going on. They said they'll send me the tracking number whenever they DeCiDe to send it, they even sent me a picture of the patch in their possession. Like what? "NA na na boo boo, we have your patch but youuu can't get ittt" This is by far the WORST experience I've EVER had with ANY company. They do not care for customer service, they're vague, they are scammers. They stole my money. Please don't use this company, there's plenty of other bespoke patch companies that actually deserve it. Whoever runs this company just seems like a person who lives in a parents basement without a car.

I bought 100 patches for my business and I was a little unsure how the patches will, come but they came out better than I expected and the shipping was quick.

The patch I ordered was a bit of a dare and an inside joke. It will have limited appeal, but those to whom it appeals will love it. The job done was top-flight. The work is clear and very readable. The contrasts are great. The finished product is exactly as conceived. I am very pleased.

Customer service was very respectful and gave me the feeling that they were dedicated to get my patches made. They were very knowledgeable and flexible. They gave me some great feedback for my future purchase(s). And I will gladly go through them again. They were very accommodating on my short time frame. While still being able to articulate what they were able to do. I’ve gone to three other places and they all wanted a 25 or 50 item minimum. I only needed a few of each. Fantastic experience.

They were prompt in response and generous with the mock-up process. The patches came out great and was received very quickly.
