I used the NIRA laser for 2 months. It does take much longer to use than advertised. It takes roughly 12 minutes per session to do your face. I found it a bit laborious to be fair as I tried to use it twice a day to give me a good start. After the 2 months no real difference apart from my forehead a little dry so I decided to return. Might work for some but not for me. The item arrived from Uk but must be returned to US. Got the label but laser ended up stuck at US customs. After many emails I did get a refund. Brenda at customer service was excellent. She helped me greatly. She got me my refund when the parcel was stuck at customs for 8 days. No idea if it’s still there. On the whole a good company to deal with especially Brenda. I won’t be buying another laser though.

Used both of their lasers for years. No results. None at all

I’ve had three NIRA lasers. Only one left standing is the first one I bought, which hurts when you use it, but I love the technology. The second one the NIRA PRO stopped working well after the warranty. First, the fan stopped, and the rest of it gave out later. The Pro 3 was the worst it just flat out stopped working within 60 days. What is going on with the engineering of these devices? The technology is excellent, but NIRA seems to be going pretty cheap on parts. Would love to know when they get their proverbial crap together so I can get another one. But for now I’m using the painful first generation one which seems to be a workhorse.

I finished week one using the NIRA Pro 3 Laser and it's wonderful! First off, they give you package inserts! How many times do you receive a package with no receipt, no instructions, nothing. To my shear delight, NIRA sent me several informational pamphlets explaining what the laser does, how to use it, how to pair it into my phone for tracking purposes, etc. It was WONDERFUL and so helpful! After one week of use, I can honestly say that my skin feels softer and the lines are fading. I am excited to see what happens over the next two months.

I had no problem using the Nira pro. Used it once a day every day! Results were minimal, but I didn’t expect to erase all my wrinkles. My problem is there customer service. It has stopped working. I have e-mailed & texted numerous times & received no response. I would definitely buy a new one if they gave me some credit for my old one, but no response.

I've been using the NIRA laser for about 90 days and feel like I saw near immediate impact to my skin. My skin felt smoother and softer after just a few uses. It did take more like 6 weeks to actually see fine lines disappearing, but for only a few minutes a day, I'll take it!

I'm on my third Nira Pro they all seem to be defective in some sort. But I think the product itself works but that they didn't get all the bugs worked out before they put it on the market. The first two lasted less than a month. But I had no problems with customer service they sent me the return label quickly and I had them sent back quickly. I hope this one works if not I'm probably going to ask for a refund because three times would be ridiculous but they never offered a refund just quickly sent a replacement.

I’ve been using this on lines around my mouth for nine months consistently. I do two treatments a day. Every day. There may be slight improvement on the finer lines. Some days I think there is some days I think there isn’t. Otherwise, I see no results. Two stars for ease of use.

I started using the NIRA laser 6 weeks ago and I am seeing results. I have been using it for the lines around my mouth. (I'm 66) and I see the difference. I took before and after pictures and can see how the lines above and below my lips are less pronounced. They say to expect result after 90 days, but I can see it working already. I will continue with it, especially because it takes so little time each day. I found the wrinkle serum by NIRA pricey, so I have been using One Luxe Beauty Facial Skin serum instead.

I subscribed (monthly payment system) to Nira Pro for free for a few months. The product was so poor in quality. It broke after 3 months - not even everyday use. I contacted the customer service and sent it back. After a few weeks, they sent it back to me. But it was still not working at all. What a waste of time.

I own the NIRA Pro (2nd Gen) and the NIRA Precision lasers. I use the app on my iPhone to keep track of the NIRA Pro+ results. My biological age is 68. When I started the device on Feb. 13, my NIRA analysis showed my skin age as 61; on Feb. 27, my skin age was 56. I love the devices, and the customer service is EXCELLENT!!! Good company!!
