Magical Shuttle Avis 

Finding the bus terminal on arrival was not easy at all as CDG really difficult to navigate. Had to ask lots of staff and a few of them had no idea what the magical shuttle was. Took about 30 minutes to find. Counter was closed at bus terminal but thankfully a bus driver for the company was there and pointed us to the right bus stop. Waited 10 minutes. An hour journey to Chessy bus station with air conditioning and WiFi on bus. Then waited at chessy station for hotel shuttle.
Return journey I don't advise as we were close to missing our flights. Bus from Chessy station says bus platform J its not its platform O across the road. But thankfully bus is bright and obvious to see and was on time. Went to 5 Disney hotels to pick up other passengers and then got stuck in traffic. Back at CDG we got lost again trying to find terminal, took ages. Recommend taking taxi to airport as you will get dropped at your terminal and get there on time. WiFi intermittent on bus. Other reviews are right, nothing magical about this. But we got there.

There is nothing Magical about this service. Took almost 2 hours to get from airport to hotel, substantially eating into our time there and missing a pre booked show. Need to manage expectations of travellers to say it gets you there ‘in a flash’ is a blatant lie.

Terrible experience with Magic Shuttle... for the SECOND time! Despite the ticket clearly stating the arrival time, the shuttle showed up over an hour late, causing me to miss my flight. The lack of reliability and false advertising is appalling. I've had to pay extra to rebook not once, but twice, due to their incompetence. Zero customer care, zero accountability. Don't waste your money or risk your travel plans with these clowns. Requested a refund, but will update if I get a satisfactory response.

If there was a way to give zero stars, I absolutely would. We booked a private transfer with Magical Shuttle expecting an easy, reliable ride. Instead, we got 40 minutes of standing around like lost luggage. The driver simply didn’t show up — no call, no text, no update, nothing.

I had to call and email them 4–5 times just to get a vague response, and even then no one seemed to know what was going on. The complete lack of communication was shocking. For a company that sells itself as “magical,” it was more like a disappearing act.

No apology, no accountability, just a total waste of time and money. If you actually want to arrive somewhere, book literally anyone else. Magical Shuttle turned out to be the least magical part of our trip.

Currently on the bus as I write this. Ridiculously difficult to find, and far too long of a walk, miserable drivers. NOTHING magical about this at all. We wasted over an hour when we could have just got a cab direct. Won’t be booking again..

Nothing magical about this bus ride. Miserable drivers! No help with luggage. Not what I expected from Disney. I would never use again! Waste of £300. Takes forever too!

Freaking horrible. Kids have to be carried on laps, even infants! On over 1 hour long drives at high speeds and on highways! Absolutely horrible no regards for security or EU laws at all. Does not help that they drive like they stole the darn bus. Extremely unsafe. Also extremely thight space which makes it horrible also for adults. Worst experience ever - I’d rather take a thousand overcrowded subways before I ever get on magic shuttle again. Can not recommend less!

The service has not responded to my complaint despite contacting them on several occasions.
The timetable was wrong. We were told "sit down" despite having waited hours. The journey took over 1.5 hours (this was not a result of traffic). The bus did not go to Centre Parks, as advertised. Instead we had to wait for it to drop off at all Disney hotels until the last stop.

Leggendo le varie recensioni ero un po' spaventata, ma in realtà io mi sono trovata bene, per questo scrivo la mia esperienza. Ho prenotato due posti dal sito per la tratta Stazione Chessy - Aeroporto Orly nella fascia mattutina. Il bus è arrivato 10 minuti prima della partenza, prevista per le 9.10, per permetterci di salire (c'erano poche persone), per cui abbiamo fatto tutto in tranquillità. Lo shuttle fa il giro degli hotel disney e passa in quella che penso sia un'autostrada (per questo nel momento della prenotazione è indicato che lo shuttle va preso 4 ore prima del volo, perché andando su strada, può esserci traffico, incidenti ecc.). Siamo arrivati in aeroporto alle 10.30 in perfetto orario. Per cui il viaggio è andato benissimo. Unica pecca è che dal sito è possibile prenotare anche la fermata da Val d'Europe, ma in realtà non esiste nessuna fermata alla stazione di Val d'Europe, ma bisogna andare alla Stazione Chessy nella piattaforma O (come indicato nella prenotazione)

Magical shuttle is the best way to get to Disneyland parks and hotels, great experience, great customer service and very comfortable.
The staff are friendly and thanks to Newel she has been very helpful and professional.
Also my daughter forgot her iPad on the bus while it was charging on the bus and it was handed to us by the nice manager two days later. We were very happy to find the iPad.

Shocking!!! We booked at shuttle from the Newport Bay hotel. Two arrived at the same time - the first one full. We were told to board the second one despite it having no branding. We asked why and we were told the driver was part of the magical shuttle. I left my handbag in the bus. When I returned to the help desk at CDG airport to ask for assistance I was told that the shuttle did not belong them and they did not know who the driver was. This is unacceptable. No attempt has been made to assist us. DO NOT use them.

After getting back with great memories from disneyland Paris
An unexpected occasion occured !!

On 18th of november, The 8.10 am shuttle to Paris orly airport was not operated at the starting point of disneyland Paris train station. I have even paid extra taxi fee to reach this time slot (we arrived at the busstop half an hour earlier than the shuttle time) and the prepaid transfer Bus to Orly airport was not there at 8.10 am! A shuttle arrived at about 8:30, and we were so happy, but it turned out to be the 8:30 shuttle to Charle De Gaul airport, so our 8:10 shuttle to Orly was still missing… We asked the driver where our shuttle was and she seemed not to care at all. I had an argument with the 8.30 shuttle to Paris CDG driver. She was not interested with our problem at first. She Said it was not her Bus and not her problem, and there was nothing that she could do about the situation. After insisting, she unintentionally called her boss named Philip. Boss Philip reached to station 25 mins later then the Paris CDG shuttle left. Boss Philip did not know enough english to explain himself or understand the situation…The bus came just after him at around 9.00 am. Our flight was 11.30 am and the time lasted one hour and we have just arrived at the orly AirPort orly at 10.15 at terminal 4. We hardly reached the checkin encounter. We waited for at least an hour for the shuttle with a 6 year old. The other family could say nothing because they spoke neither English nor French. However, they were in the busstop since 7:00 am and no Bus had arrived since then (including the 7:10 shuttle)
That was a terrible experience and i am totally dissapointed with your service!!! We have chosen this transfer option for its trust and punctuality,but it turns out that it was far away from both… there was a serious problem and no way to find a solution. We almost missed our flight, and the solution offered arrived at 9;00 am!! An hour later!! This is unexceptable.

My flight got cancelled, so I tried to contact them for over a month via email, contact form on their website and phone to cancel this shuttle and reschedule it. Their phone number is not working at all and nobody replied to mail/form.

//update: on the date of the shuttle i got a whatsapp message to pick me up. I asked the driver if he didnt get any information from the company, that I had to cancel it... he never replied, but i finally got a reply to my 2 month old mail from Magic Shuttle and they gave me a 100% refund.

Very nasty experience!
The waiting point at the airport in Paris (PCG) was unbelievable! It was very dirty everywhere: on the floor, on the seats and their where people who wasn’t even going with the bus sleeping in the seats. One guy was necked with only a towel around him and another one was smoking inside the building. The shuttle bus was also dirty with trash on the seats and used face masks on the floor and seats. The price was way to high for this kind of experience!
Will not recommend when traveling with kids.

We bought a return ticket for the Magical Shuttle early 2018 in a packet through the disneylandparis.com.

The outbound trip went perfectly, but the returning day we were arriving to DisneyHotel Santa Fe from the parks a last time after our 5 days trip, we got our luggage and we were waiting 18h30 for the bus heading for CDG 2h30 before takeoff, just like directions in several received mails.

We found one red bus with "Magical" at the side at that time, but the driver said that he wasn't going to CDG. After waiting 25 minutes we were heading for the reception at DisneyHotel Santa Fe, just to discover that the next bus were scheduled 19h40. We never saw the departure 18h40???

Furthermore the reception said that the next bus approximately would arrive 20h50(!!!) at CDG, and that was way to late with our flight time 21h00. Therefor we were forced to order first a Disney-cab then a normal cab instead.

Please be aware that you have to leave the hotel approx. 3h30 - 4h00 before departure.

Poor customer service, no phone number and did not respond to any emails or the online complaints forms.

I had to have my charges reversed by my credit card company as I could not adjust my booking with them and couldn’t get any response to my enquiries. The online reviews of the shuttle service are poor and as I couldn’t contact the company I’ll be getting a pricy taxi instead to insure I get from a-b correctly.
