Had an issue with my Le creuset pot . Sent it in for warrenty inspection .Customer service are AMAZING they sent me a prepaid postage label sent it over .And within a week i got an email saying it was covered by warrenty and 3 days later i got a new replacement . And this is why i will continue to buy and use there products 5*

A casserole dish arrived broken (due to rough handling by courier) and a replacement was despatched quickly and efficiently

The shop was very welcoming, Carole was lovely and so helpful in helping us pick pieces for our first kitchen as a couple. She had lovely suggestions and treated us so well.

Our Le Creuset fired dish broke in half when lifting it from the plate warming oven. We bought it 3-4 years ago but Le Creuset did not hesitate and immediately replaced it. Carla Im customer service was super helpful.

The customers service was very pleasant and helpful. We had two saucepans that had worn badly and discussed the issues on the phone. We sent them back for inspection and without delay two new saucepans were delivered to us. We have always bought Le Creuset pot and pans and will continue to do so!

I have been a Le Creuset customer for as long as I can remember. From baking trays to large pots to mugs to kettles and more. Recently I had an issue with our beautiful kettle and Le Creuset’s customer service team were wonderful in attending the matter. In particular, Sophie Hunt and Lesley Morton were super helpful. had an old stone dish that cracked. Asked about a replacement/part exchange. The Customer Service was exceptional - well above what was expected - and i was expecting them to be good - but this was next level! New dish arrived in a matter of days!

I’ve got several none-stick pans which I’ve had for a couple of years and use daily. Sadly the none-stick coating has come off and the pans looks rusty, they are not fit for purpose so thought I’d contact Le Creuset to take advantage of the life time guarantee. I sent them photos and they said they didn’t think I’d used them correctly, they said I’d used olive oil on a high heat and therefore the life time guarantee did not apply!! The moral of this story is they expect you to use highly processed oil and not use a conventional gas cooker. I may have used olive oil on a few occasions and I have definitely used a gas cooker. I will not be replacing these pans with more Le Creuset as I think they are over priced and subpar standard.

Easy to contact. Extremely helpful and very quick to respond to my query. The replacement part for a corkscrew was identifies and received in the post the next day. The service couldn't have been better.
