This is a scam store. The phone number is fake, the products are fake, and you'll receive a confirmation email after payment, but they never ship the goods and you can't contact them anymore.

This is a spam looks like we’ve all been spammed in last few days , thankfully I paid for it on credit card and getting a refund , all appears very legitimate links to shopify, never thought to check out on here first , sent an email to them today asking where order was , didn’t get an automatic response like you’d expect, then rang the number it says this number has not been recognised, then thought look on trust pilot , and saw the reviews , steer well clear

Used Shopify to buy an air conditioner did not check Trustpilot it’s a scam should have checked first, using a company called Jeny Tool in Bristol a scam

Another hit by the scam for an air conditioning unit. £130!! Luckily my husband paid via Klarna with the pay in 30 days option. They have put a hold on the money now and we are to wait 5 days (for an item we now know wont arrive) before they confirm its a scam.

My husband should have learnt his lesson from being scammed. Few years back he was scammed for 3k and bank refused to refund the money. Hence we now use klarna for unfamiliar websites.

Dont be fooled by this website. Scammers can even intercept legitimate websites...like we learnt before

I stupidly purchased an aircon unit as it seemed the only portable one left online. This is a scam for sure took £270 on 6th July and have heard nothing, no tracking no, no mobile no that exists. Avoid at all costs 😡😡

Don't want to give them any stars I ordered a air-conditioning unit from this company at the cost of £270 pounds and never received it this company is a con a scam don't give them your money I emailed them three times and the emails came back and i phoned them their phone number doesn't exist I am in the process of trying to get my money back through my bank THIS COMPANY DOES NOT EXIST

Scammed Thought it was a real company even got a confirmation email and tracking with SHOP but was scammed

I am also adding to the list of people who's also fallen for this company, I received conformation email but no tracking details, my order appeared on shopify right away , clicked on manage my order and they state tracking info sent once item has been shipped, so I waited 5 days . Something didn't sit right so I went on my shopify app this morning and guess what? My order has completely disappeared no record of it at all . So I tried phoning the number that's provided by the website, guess what ? No such number and my phone screen displays fraudulent number , this was for a air conditioning unit priced at £270 luckily I paid through klarna who have now raised the investigation but I have to wait till the 21st of this month for it to be resolved and for me to get my refund. I wish I'd checked here first it's only because a friend of mine did her research first is why I'm now here now . Klarna has got the payment down as infoboost so I googled it to find out it's a wellbeing company selling health supplements in utah in the States. Jenytool address is actually someone's home address in Bristol. I wish I did all this research first but I trusted Google search and shopify would protect people from these kind of scams .
