Phil Motuel came out today to replace our smart meter. He was very polite, told me what was happening, how long it would take, explained each step and gave me some advice - our boiler pressure is wobbly. Advised to get the plumber out and where it shows you about the code on the boiler!

Bilal recently came to our flat to sort out me and my flatmates meter and he was absolutely amazing! super friendly and chatty 🙂 Bilal managed to sort out everything very quickly and efficiently! Thank you so much Bilal!

Mike change the gas meter as agreed but also upgraded the smart meter to a new 4G version as the old radio waves version was unreliable.

Mohamed N attended my property today to install a new meter. He arrived an hour early but was very understanding when I wasn't able to give him access. He was prompt & efficient and completed the install in a timely manner. He asked if I had any questions and took time to explain the basic operation of the meter which was very much appreciated. An asset to your business, can't fault the service!!!
