Awful company. Won't keep any customers this way. Nowhere on their website does it state their returns are not free. So have lost in total £6.50 in postage alone. Shoes weren't up to much either. Avoid

DArcy bronze sandals.. poor quality . Squeaky squeaky...can't wear them anywhere. The straps cheap plastic which stretch when walking . Never falling for their ads again .....

Ordered the Hattie sandals as all claim to be suitable for wide fit. Quality seemed good but not wide enough so returned.

Just been refunded but lost £6 with initially delivery postage and charged for return postage even though provided a link for the return.

Will not consider ordering again, not a lot of money realistically but not happen with what seems to be a misleading returns policy

Brought ivy sandals from them fell apart after 32 days so tiktok won't do anything and they dont reply ro emails £37 sandals that I wore 4 times rip off

Bought a pair of Darcy sandals - olive green suede. Very prompt delivery, good quality packaging and the sandals are more comfy than my Mephisto sandals that cost 4 times more!! So pleased with them I've ordered 2 more pairs in different colours. Don't waste your money on Birkenstock, Mephisto or similar priced sandals, these are just as good if not better

Poor quality shoes. I was sucked into buying them via instagram and Facebook ads. They do not state that returns are to be paid for in the T&C so i have lost both shipping there and back in returning them. I called them to verify this and they said there is nothing they can do. Definitely do not recommend buying from this company.

I brought a pair of trainers over six months ago they are still in the box never been worn I put them on yesterday and they are to narrow for my feet Iv just spoken to them they have refused to exchange or refund because it’s over 6 months I have got 6 pairs of Ella shoes so Iv been a good customer but I will not be buying again they are white trainers that I kept for the summer but they are no use to me very disappointed

Very pleased with my lovely sandals in rose good thank you . When I did not complete my address properly on my order , contacted Ella and as they had been sent back to them , resent them to me with no extra charge . Really happy with quality . Only just writing review as have been away

Poor quality. I returned item stating poor quality however I’m out of pocket because they charged me to deliver and return shoes, so don’t bother!

I purchased a pair of Maddie Magic Stretch boots from Ella Shoes via TikTok Shop as a gift for my wife. The boots initially seemed fine, but during the first day of normal wear one boot repeatedly slipped down and would not stay up properly, making them unusable.

I contacted Ella Shoes through TikTok to request a replacement pair. I wasn’t asking for a refund — simply a pair that worked as expected. I returned the boots as requested.

Ella Shoes rejected the return because the boots had been worn outside, even though the fault only became apparent during normal use. They also retained the boots.

This left me without the boots and without a refund.

Because the purchase had been made using PayPal Credit, I had to pursue the matter through PayPal’s dispute process and eventually escalate the complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service. Only after this escalation did PayPal offer compensation to resolve the complaint.

What disappointed me most was the way the retailer handled the issue. When a product develops a fault during normal use, customers should be able to rely on reasonable customer service and a fair replacement or refund process.

Unfortunately that was not my experience here.

I have also noticed another review describing a very similar issue with these boots slipping down during wear, which suggests this may not be an isolated case.

Can't believe they have had such a bad rating. Saw their boots for sale at our local garden centre of all places tried them on loved them so much I bought the black, mid brown and tan ones!!! for the price I couldn't believe how nice they were, went online and bought two more styles which have just come and they are fantastic!! so pleased !!

Boots roll down and when I asked customer care they were aggressive and rude. Wasted £100 and boots cannot be work. Avoid avoid avoid
