Ordered the record as 'Brand New', but received it without shrink-wrap, with a damaged inner sleeve, and a split outer cover

Bei nicht lieferbaren LPs werden diese erst beim Hersteller bestellt. Dies dauert lange Zeit, wird aber klar kommuniziert. Die Lieferung vom Lager verlief problemlos

Warte schon seit 6 Wochen auf meine Bestellung, wurde zweimal schon falsch geschickt _unzumutbar

Toen ik ging bestellen was ik sceptisch en dacht eigenlijk dat ik zou worden opgelicht. De website is nederlands en na bestellen kreeg ik van een ander buitenlands bedrijf een bevestigingsmail. Uit voorzorg via klarna besteld. Echter werd er goed gecommuniceerd en snel verzonden.
Het pakket was goed verpakt. Dus allemaal goed!

Very disappointing experience with this company.

I placed my order on June 9th, and since then, two items have been cancelled at my request at different dates due to finding a better offer in the meantime. The funds for the first cancelled item were eventually returned to my account, but I am still waiting for the refund for the second item (a record that was cancelled in late July).

To make things worse, the final record remaining in my order has no specific delivery date. I simply received an email saying that I need to contact them if I want a refund since they do not know when it will be available. But how am I supposed to cancel the last item and request a refund when I can't even get the refund for an item that was cancelled months ago?

I have also contacted Customer Care, but to this date, I have received no response whatsoever.

The whole process has been unnecessarily frustrating and unclear. If items are cancelled, customers should receive their refunds promptly. The lack of communication with CC, the unresolved refund issue and the issue with the last record availability have made this a very disappointing experience. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this company.

Supergoed verpakt en een mooi detail op de doos. Werd precies op de hoogte gehouden van waneer het werd geleverd .maar stond er ook al in de bestelling bij waneer het werd geleverd en het klopte allemaal precies .

Prima winkel. Goed product. Snel verzonden. Niet goedkoop. Zeer slechte bezorging door GLS. Als ik voortaan GLS zie bij het afrekenen, koop ik het product in een andere winkel.

Ik had een aantal items besteld die niet gemakkelijk verkrijgbaar zijn, waardoor de levering langer duurde. Ik kreeg echter met regelmaat een email met update, zodat ik niet het gevoel had dat mijn bestelling vergeten werd. Uiteindelijk is één item niet geleverd omdat het niet meer leverbaar bleek. Op dat moment is direct alles wat al klaar lag opgestuurd, en hoefde ik pas af te rekenen.
Al met al ben ik heel tevreden! Scherpe prijzen en duidelijke en vriendelijke communicatie.

Erg veel aanbod tegen een zeer goede prijs. Daarnaast was de verzending goed verpakt en zeer snel binnen.

Had 2 bestellingen openstaan. De eerste was in backorder met nog een LP die op voorraad was. na 2 dagen nog een bestelling gedaan en gevraagd of ze de voorraad LP konden verplaatsen naar de 2e bestelling. Was zonder problemen gedaan.

De eerste was achteraf niet meer te leveren, dus die bestelling geannueeerd. Ook dit was geen probleem en de terugbetaling was direct geregeld.

Reactie op mail was snel genoeg.

Al met al zeer positieve ervaring. Ga er zeker meer bestellen.

De plaat is zoals gezegd aangekomen en verzonden. Goede ervaring en alles in top kwaliteit!

Pakketje of two vinyls was put it a thin box. For extra safety you can selected extra sleeves which I did select, and they didn’t even bother putting the vinyl in the sleeve, the just put sleeves on top.
Shipping was fast

AVOID! I could give zero i would. They took my money & said order would be a whole due to demand, 3 months later they cancelled my order, said they would issue a refund, then said they couldn't as the payment failed then asked me to pay again! Ive emailed numerous times & no response. Do not purchase from this company.

Received the wrong article, because they used the wrong photo of the product. My e-mail was answered a few days later with wrong instructions. After this, communication went silent and I haven't got any reply to any of the 4 e-mails I've sent. Terrible customer service.

This site put up RSD stock that they didn't even have secured, gave a vague update that they were canceling *some* orders a week later, but didn't clarify if yours was one of them, and ignored follow-ups.

Well, I just got an email that mine is canceled, weeks after ordering, and way too late to order elsewhere at a comparable price.

They blamed the RSD lottery because they only got a few of them, but you shouldn't be making a title available when you aren't sure how much stock you'll get. Something labeled as a preorder should only be available when you have confirmation of how many copies you'll get.

Now, many of us are out of the record and priced out of the resale market, which has gotten much steeper than it was at the time of ordering.

I was issued a refund, but this is not a proper way to run a business, and they didn't even bother offering discount codes or anything tangible to make up for the false advertisement and extended uncertainty, as well as costing people $100+, since the title is no longer available for a reasonable price while we were waiting for something that would never come.

Vinyl ge pre ordered vervolgens hoor ik 10 dagen niks.
Daarna een mail dat ze het niet meer hebben kunnen leveren terwijl het een Record Store Day exclusive was.
Dus nu geen kans meer om het te kopen.

Niet bestellen.

Was eerst sceptisch door de weinige reviews, maar het pakket was snel geleverd en kwam in uitstekende staat aan.

Snel verzonden en zorgvuldig ingepakt. Er staat duidelijk vermeld of de plaat op voorraad is en hoe snel deze bezorgd wordt. Een week later had ik mijn LP in huis. Helaas was deze niet gesigneerd terwijl dit wel bij de beschrijving stond. Reageren niet op mail of whatsapp bericht helaas.

3 LP's besteld. Keurig verpakt, zelfs een hartje op de verpakking getekend. Via mail goed op de hoogte gehouden, mooi op tijd in huis. Super tevreden!

Er was nog 1 LP beschikbaar, netjes ingepakt en na een paar dagen in huis! Wel goed lezen of de plaat beschikbaar is!
