Ordered a gift on 9th August and had absolutely no processing information for nearly two weeks. I contacted customer service to ask for an update/confirmation, and suddenly received an email saying the item was out of stock, asking me to confirm whether I wanted to proceed with another available colour. I confirmed the same day.
Again, no correspondence whatsoever. I contacted them again asking whether the item had been shipped, and a few days later received ANOTHER email asking me to confirm the colour — despite already confirming it previously!
Today, I received an email saying my refund had been processed for €0.00! I queried this immediately, only to be told that everything is in order on their side and that I should contact my bank.
Absolutely ridiculous customer service and a very concerning experience. At this point, I have no gift, no proper update, and apparently a €0.00 refund.
AVOID AVOID AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! 🚩🚩🚩

No correspondence

I ordered a toy a week ago. I got an automated email saying I would get a tracking number in 2-3 days and I have heard nothing. I sent a follow up email and still no reply and the phone number does not work!. This is not an Irish company as far as I can see! Avoid Avoid!!!

This has been the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. We received a faulty item and contacted customer service to request a replacement of the faulty part. We were asked to send a video demonstrating the fault however the video would not attach due to its size. I explained this to customer service and they didn't respond. They have still not responded so we are left with a faulty item which can't be used. Do NOT order from this company.

The website makes the toys look good and like they are from Ireland but it's all very poor quality and shipped from China. "Build a solar powered car" instructions in Chinese only!!!
Would not recommend.

Our grandson is delighted with his gem archaeology set, loving digging for gems and excited to research each new find. Thanks so much

Terrible experience, makes it look like they are based in Ireland but the product came from China. It took ages to arrive, 2 weeks + and came too late for us. I requested a refund but it was not accepted.
Will never order again!

It’s a complete scam. I ordered two pairs of shoes and a pair of boots. Nothing has arrived. The phone number does not work. No one answers the emails.

Misleading and fraud. The website looks like a quality product but then it takes ages to deliver even though they promise speedy delivery.
Ordered 10 days ago still nowhere close to be delivered

Cheap looks like something I'd expect off temu which I'd have no problem with but I spent nearly 30e on these

2 items ordered, after 3 weeks I contacted the company to check the status of the order and after several emails back and forth was advised that one of the items was out of stock and the other could be shipped immediately. Why it was not shipped when initially ordered I'm not sure!
Requested a refund, I imagine it will be a while. I'd recommend using another website if you have a child waiting for an item to arrive

I bought a grabbing/teething toy for my baby that was supposed to be of high quality materials - "Safe and non-toxic - BPA-free, food-grade construction ensures safe chewing, providing reassurance for daily teething.".
It arrived in the post today in packaging that looks like it's from cheap Chinese website with absolutely no leaflet with it or any information about the toy or certification. Cannot give this to my baby.
Website looks fantastic but is clearly sending cheap products that are not reputable.

Absolutely avoid. Product never arrived and no refund. Several emails sent and them replied lost in transit new one sent but never arrived and refused to give refund

Paid for a kid’s microphone and stand, I haven’t purchased the 3 batteries it requires but it is very cheap looking considering the price , I just hope it works well as it’s a birthday gift for my 2 year old granddaughter.

Faulty product supplied, broke within a couple of months and they refused a replacement or refund after multiple emails to their customer service. Avoid!

Cheap, unsafe kids items delivered from China, and priced 10 times what they are worth. Don't buy there.

Poor quality item - I definitely overpaid. Delivery took a long time.

I ordered a child's play kitchen from this company for our gt granddaughter's 2nd birthday. Luckily I ordered it a month before her birthday. The parcel was so small I nearly missed seeing it, I think it would actually have gone through the letterbox! It was about 3 inches high! I checked the product description and couldn't find the dimensions anywhere, my own fault for not checking properly.
I emailed getkidzly. There was no apology and if I wanted to return it ,it was at my own expense. I know, my own fault again for not checking properly. In the end I chose a 40% refund.
I then had to buy another full size play kitchen.
Avoid this company at all costs!!!

Misleading website. Chinese shopfront. Products are likely to be unsafe for children

Customer service telephone number in Ireland is a voicemail about delivery options, no recording or possibility to leave message or speak to agent
Items came from China as original packaging on items and outer posyage packaging added to when entered EU.
I got a 70% refund which after reading other numerous reviews makes me one of lucky few so not completely out of pocket
Items were put out with rubbish unsafe, didn't work and not fit for purpose
