Love BeFrugal
I regularly use BeFrugal, RetailMeNot, and Rakuten, depending on which of the three has the best cash back offer at the store I'm shopping with.
BeFrugal consistently has some great cashback percentages, even 10% and above. They always come through with what they promise, which I can't say about the other two—the others often render my purchase ineligible when it should have been eligible.
I find that BeFrugal is consistently the best for offering attractively high cash back amounts that show up quickly after the transaction is complete. The payout process is smooth and offers bonus percentage points for receiving payout via various merchant gift cards. Or, just the straight payout amount into my paypal or venmo.
The only slight negative is that they aren't affiliated with as many stores as I'd like. Their website design could use a little revamping (but keep the cute li'l pig!). It works fine but looks a little less professional than the other two cashback services I mentioned.

This is a reliable site for cash back.
I have been using Rakuten for years and didn't know about BeFrugal until recently. Its a solid cash back site. I also found some others. So I check all them (4) to see which has the most cash back for which site I am purchasing from. Just use it you will be glad you did.
