DISAPPOINTMENT
So unbelievably disappointed w 10x, I started out when Gary Brecka was involved and loves this system but in recent months decided to get my labs done and reviewed by 10X. Though advertised I would visit w a MD it was in fact a NP. First visit went so poorly, had to schedule a second one w a different NP but it too was a disappointment. They were easily annoyed, only partly knowledgeable about certain topics. A complete waste of my $$$ and time.
I am now following Gary Brecka completely as 10X just no longer lives up to its rep.

Three weeks after sending blood test results my contact finely called, he could not give me a reasonable explanation why the delay. It's sad, I had good results.

10X has been charging me for vitamins…
10X has been charging me for vitamins for months after I’ve tried now THREE times - with confirmation in writing - to stop my subscriptions. They apologize, they “fix it”, and the. A week later more vitamins get charged and shipped. I’m at the point of referring them to the BBB. They don’t have authority to keep pushing these and billing me - but they won’t stop!!!
