I wasn't comfortable with Embody contacting me directly on my personal number. That should be handled through proper channels.

I’ve been waiting for weeks for confirmation of delivery. I keep getting emails saying my prescription is delayed and is in the pharmacy queue. My credit card has already been charged. I wondering if this is a scam and I need to dispute the credit card charge.

Terrible. Where do I start? This company has very poor management. It’s been three weeks and I am caught in a cycle where they say the meds will be sent overnight as they screwed up my case terriblly. But nothing is ever sent. Sad. Go elsewhere.

The damaged vial was a major disappointment. Better packaging would have prevented this issue.

Embody has been great! Their customer service is fantastic, the pricing is great, and I’ve been very happy with the medication. The intake forms are easy and straightforward, and the after-visit summaries are detailed, clear, and very helpful.

If you’re on the fence, I definitely recommend giving Embody a try! Two of my coworkers and I have all switched from other programs we weren’t happy with, and we’re so glad we made the change.

Best of all, there are no enrollment fees or hidden costs. Everything has been straightforward from the start. Highly recommend! ⭐️

I received the vial in damaged condition. Given what I paid, I expected the delivery to be handled much more carefully.

I ordered on August 31st and still haven't had my order shipped. I get the same email every day about a delay in shipping and that they sent a priority order to the pharmacy, I hope it ships soon and I won't be disappointed. I really want to up this review to 4 or 5 stars!!!!!

Took my money immediately and did not offer a medical review or check-in, and sent me an "After Visit" summary when I had no visit - not once did I have a medical consultation. They also added an unwanted supplement to my order, and thus I called to cancel. It was frustrating and impossible to process. I had to file a claim with my credit card for a refund and refused the delivery through FedEx. I urge folks to also file complaints with their state regulatory agencies to get them shut down.

Be weary of this company. I went through all their intake questions and got approved. Then I paid the full amount to get their best deal. Over two weeks in, my account just says processing. I don't get any notifications or emails to update me. So I end up reaching out, multiple times for an answer. Every rep gave me the run around about how I should hear back in 24/48 hours. Nothing of substance, just a short e-mail to say they’ve escalated my account. Still nothing. Not sure how legit this company is or maybe they’re backed up with too many customers. Whatever the case, I want a refund. They took out the full amount of over $1400 and I’m left with no meds. What’s up with that? I’m in the process of requesting and fighting for my refund. This really sucks. I was really looking forward to staring my weight management journey.
