J’ai commandé un pull qui est arrivé en très bon état rien à dire, sauf qu’après un lavage avec le pull a l’envers lavé à 15degres et non 30degres comme indiqué sur l’étiquette, l’impression qui se trouvait dessus c’est totalement désagrégé. Il est devenu horrible et impossible de le porter. Le prix ne corresponds pas du tout à la qualité , ceci est beaucoup trop chère pour ce que c’est !! Je ne recommande pas du tout et j’attends une réponses avec un échange ou remboursement , c’est inadmissible !

There are simply no words to express my regret about the impression you must have gained of us from this experience. Based on your description of the tee, it sounds like there could be something wrong with what you received.
