Ne commander pas sur se site internet !!!
Sans faire attention j’ai du m’abonner a un produit afin de le recevoir tous les mois je souhaitais annuler ceci, impossible de me connecter sur mon compte et de changer cela et impossible de modifier le mot de passe !! Je leur envoie des mails pas de réponses de leur part faites attention !!

You can choose between a subscription with a 20% discount baked into the prices or a single order when ordering. Seems you accidentally clicked the subscription button instead of a single orde while ordering. Sorry about that.
However, I did check your conversation history with us, and we canceled and replied to the first email last Friday. Maybe it ended up in your spam? We already cancelled the subscription for you and we also let you know how to return the package to us.
I have sent a reminder email just right now as well. Did you receive it?
