Nigdy więcej nie skorzystam samochód miał być podstawiony jako auto zastępcze o godzinie 10 nikt nawet nie raczył zadzwonić że go nie będzie.Po telefonie do nich zostałam poinformowana że może o godz 16 ale nie wiedzą !Musialam anulować ważny wyjazd przez ich niekompetencję! Omijajcie tą firmę

Really helpful to pay bigger bills

First and last time I booked something with them. I had today appointment for tire change. They’re specialists came broke wheel nut key and said can’t be replaced because it’s overtide.i call to customer service they said I will get refund if I can just buy this key in BMW and after specialist will come back.when I bought the key i call once again to book new appointment they told me I will not get any refund. And specialist it’s too far to come back to me. He took tire with him what I paid already Customer service telling me I need wait till next day.they just waste my time and money. Now I cancelled fitting tire just want them back because I paid for it. Really unprofessional customer service!
