So was overseas on holidays when, to my surprise, my bonus didnt hit my account due to country restrictions! Was dreading that there would be all of this mucking around to fix it up but I simply lodged it via the contact us form on the website and by that evening it was sorted!! It took a bit for the bonus to be removed then another quick support ticket to issue me an alternate one that I could claim.
