If I could put 0 I would, I have never dealt with anyone (Jess, Mexborough shop) so obnoxious and rude. Not been helpful, respectful or informative, not only to me but other parties. Went into shop and she was laughing at me and when I said you’re rude she said and yes so what. Absolute joke a first time buyers house and still for sale due to their incompetence, even sent my grand daughter round to view it because we had no response. They never answer the phone to us the sellers so god help the buyers. Avoid at all cost!

From start to finish can’t praise Mark and especially Paul enough, they pulled out all the stops so my transaction went through within the week. I was kept informed regularly and my calls and emails answered promptly.
