I had an amazing service from Gareth in the Colchester store. He sold me a brilliant repair box for a rucksack which had exactly what I needed.
I couldn’t feed the straps through the new buckles and took the rucksack to Gareth!
He very kindly spent time pushing those straps through the buckles, using a combination of tools and good strength!! It was successful. Thank you so much!

It’s an excellent protein powder. It dissolves easily and I love the fact that it is just about as natural as you can get.

I dissolve 2 scoops in 75 mils of water and add to my hot porridge. That’s 17.5 grams of protein for breakfast as a great starting point! Add a good amount of Greek style zero fat yoghurt plus berries and it’s a fantastic start to the day! 😀 also I find that with the protein powder in my porridge, I stay fuller for longer and somehow my energy levels are more even throughout the day!
