They do NOTHING ABOUT FRAUD. I have experiences in the UK 20 years ago and Spain between 2020 and 2026. Useless in both countries, in Spain they don't have cashpoints and one office in a whole city. They do nothing about card transactions that are clearly fraud, sending you to an insurance company that requests all but a kidney to resolve the issue. Or in the second case, they literally didnt help making the most illogical excuses and sending me to the police online. not to ger the monry back but to shut down the site. They know for lower amounts people havent got the energy then when you go on holiday they are constantly stopping your own card payments for fraud. disaster. start helping your customers, thats why you earn interest off of us!

Fácilmente EL PEOR servicio que he tenido en mi vida. compré una cama individual, somier y 4 sillas el dia 4 de febrero 2025. el dia 12 de febrero me llamó el transportista para confirmar que estaba yo en casa. recibí poco despues otra llamada explicando que la cama se cayó y estaba roto. En vez de solucione el tema, atrapamuebles me informa que no hay información sobre el daño. 13 que dias después sigo a la esperanza que confirme que la cama está dañada para poder pedir una devolución y si tengo prisa me pueden facilitar una devolución pero MENOS los 62euros de envío por productos que nunca recibí!

totally dont understand anyone who says anything negative about patpat. my first experience has been better than i expected.

my clothes arrived before expected. they came packaged individually. washed the clothes and they haven't changed or spoiled.

Sizes for 0-3 months are big for newborn but would fit 2-3 month olds
