Absolute joke checked my car reg ST focus diesel below average mileage immaculate condition £3350 what a joke and that was without admin fee jog on mate get in the real world.

So a couple of weeks ago I found a default from EON regarding a gas bill from when I moved house 5 years ago. Well the thing is I sent my final readings for gas and electricity both provided by them and recieved a cheque as I'd paid too much for electricity. Well now it turns out I owed some money for the gas not got a problem paying should've been told when I informed them I was closing account even though they've still not said what energy I owe, the bill is made up from late payment are you bloody kidding and have defaulted me for not making an arrangement to pay after five years. All you folks out there saying there slow at sorting problems well let me tell you I sent them an email on the 21/11/21 and still no reply from EON now that really is slow. Now to fight this default they've always known where I live thats where they sent my overpayment cheque bloody jokers.

Delivered swiftly and exactly when they said it would be happy with delivery.

Blimey what have you done to the digestive biscuit. We loved a digestive not any more tastes like sweetener and as for dunking ? Used them as a biscuit base for a key lime totally ruined it 😒. Sorry McVitie what happened to that crunchy tasty biscuits superior price for budget flavour.

Have tried to register with Battersea as looking to rehome a dog and seems impossible they never recognise any password I enter i have sponsored for years so disappointing really there's only so many times I will try to fill in a form.

Ordered a shower tray on line due for delivery mid August. After several messages sent to seller who says with courier ? It's not because I checked, called B&Q customer services explained the problem and requested a refund they were helpful and said they would issue a refund and it would be back in my account in 3-5 days I thought result .....fast forward just got a email from B&Q informing me they had asked the seller to contact me and inform when my item will be delivered !!!!! Well I don't want the item I want a refund their customer service is appalling seems like they say anything to shut you up. I have looked up the website from so called verified buyer and they don't even have the item I thought I'd bought in stock bloody joke up your game B&Q this is sharp practice and incidentally my reciept shows the money was paid to you so your liable for my refund.

Ordered three dresses delivery time speedy one dress fitted perfectly which I kept,one wouldn't go over my head and the other had loose stitching. First time I've bought from here and wasn't keen on the way they did returns especially the charging aspect when one was faulty,luckily for me I'm quite near a store so could return easily and no problem with refund. Probably wouldn't buy again as the quality isn't the best sadly which is a shame as getting petite clothing is a bit of a mission.

Contacted B&Q this morning due to order placed 5 weeks ago for a shower tray. Contacted this company who informed me the first had apparently been broken by the courier it well may have been however we had not had contact from courier to inform of delivery which is unusual in itself. Messages continued between my self and company who assured me would be delivered by end of week..... nope didn't arrive, so I changed tactics and asked for courier name so I could chase it myself which they gave me. Anyway called said courier firm and surprisingly they said they did not deliver for this company. Have now spoken to B&Q who have requested a refund so fingers crossed. My advice is avoid save yourself the stress.

This is the second time I have used Franklins for conveyance. Lee and his team were professional and most helpful, always at the end of a phone to answer any queries. We wanted to move quickly as in rental accommodation and they managed to pull it off within our required deadline. A big well done and wouldn't hesitate to use them again if needed.

Driver was polite and on time photographed my parcel and then handed it to me.

First time visiting the Grimsby store had used specsavers for many years. I had no problems with my eye test was recommended I bought new occupational glasses which I did. When picking my glasses up I found this very rushed when they check the fitting etc. On using my occupational glasses I found that they weren't right if I moved my eyes about on the screen half my screen was blurry. I returned to the store and to be fair they changed them but they kept referring to them as varifocals ??? was told not everyone gets along with these however this is not what I'd asked for or expected to recieve so was a bit disappointed with the experience this time.

Needed a 30th Birthday card lots of choice found just what I wanted reasonably priced and delivered in time result would recommend.

Visit to dreams to replace mattress after buying one from elsewhere which wasn't suitable and I saw one on website which I wanted to try. Lady at the store very helpful as they didn't hold that one in stock she let me try one that she said was equivalent and within my budget very knowledgeable Lady. Very happy with my purchase mattress is perfect and I sleep perfectly. Thank you Dreams highly recommended

All I can say is this company is an absolute farce. Not only do they lose payments a total of 14 send you correspondence asking where they are when it's paid through the bank and you have proof of payment and then send money back to your account !!! If wasn't true it would be funny. Anyway legal ombudsman being contacted this company needs to up its game bloody useless.

Sadly my GHD Air gave up the ghost after 10 years not the cheapest on the market but all those years made it great value for money so I bought another one I'm very happy with my new purchase sleek design and dries my hair in no time here's to another 10 years 😀

I shall continue to use Definitely recommend. Always delivers on time big bonus especially as I'm always running behind when it comes to card buying

I would give this zero stars if I could. Never used before and never will again. 3 times they have pushed back delivery had enough today sent a message through messenger requesting refund. What an absolute joke. They ask you to tick a box which best answers your needs then just gave me a new delivery date and they hope that's answered my question well no it bloody doesn't. Do yourselves a favour and avoid this excuse for a company bloody disgrace.And as for refer a friend wouldn't recommend to my worse enemy!!!
