Speedy service - item dispatched and delivered really quickly. I’d searched for a truly waterproof coat and this one is 1000mm waterproof rating. Having worn it a couple of times in heavy rain, the water just rolls or almost brushes off the coat. Hood is not so big that it falls over your face so you can’t see and the neck is nicely enclosed, unlike some that gape a bit and you feel the elements too much. Best bit is the coat was reduced from £100 to £60 so an absolute bargain. It’s very warm and cosy and I love the coloured fleece lining. Would highly recommend if you want a waterproof robe coat

Beautiful soft leather boots, made even better by the Black Friday discount. I’d been looking at them for a few weeks, so when the reduction was advertised I didn’t hesitate. I sized up and wouldn’t say they are overly large. Room in the toes but still a narrow fit, so they are very snug with a thick sock. Very comfortable and no breaking in required. Only one minor gripe is the time taken between order and dispatch… it could be quicker. Overall I would definitely recommend 😁

Ordered the cream tea package for my Mum’s 95th Birthday and she was delighted with it. Has told me several times how fresh the scones were (and still are after a couple of days) Ordering was simple and straightforward and delivery as promised. Really easy and straight forward. Experience with other companies is they quote a phone value then once assessed reduce the offer dramatically. Great quality bed, well packaged to avoid any chance of damage, both in the factory and in transit. The delivery guys called beforehand to advise en route and I was also given a 3 hr delivery window a couple of days before. Love the bed, great service and overall no problems at all. Would definitely recommend
