There is no Customer Service at all. They tell you to contact the company when there’s a fraudulent charge.. you can’t talk to a live person and the company doesn’t exist. It’s a fraudulent company.

So all I could do is delete all my cards from there. Delete the app delete my account and keep checking my bank to make sure it doesn’t show up there.


They don’t give two squats about customers at all what a joke of an app they worse than PayPal if that’s even possible.

I just want to say that over the last few months I’ve had such wonderful experiences with Froya. Not only do I love their skin products, their customer service is amazing! They were quick to answer the questions I had about the products. Also, I made mistakes while ordering and they answered my emails right away and have been quick to fix my errors. They always email back to confirm that the issue is resolved. I am extremely happy with the Froya Organics team and am so glad I took a chance with them. My skin is very happy too, and I just ordered some hair products and expect they will be just as good.

I am VERY PLEASED with Petflow. This is my first time ordering my Orijen food through Petflow. I was a former chewy customer before they sold out to PetSmart and are no longer authorized to sell Orijen still I received the same speedy delivery and free shipping. I also contacted Customer Service and they were quick to respond and very helpful. I have no reservations switching to Petflow- thank you!
